Wow they are sharp, cut myself the first time I used them. All is good now and they resharpen well. I would def recommend. My favorite knife is the small curved veg knife. The large chef knife is awesome also.

I’m sure the knives are Cuisinart quality. Haven’t used them yet. Just unpackaged and am disappointed that the navy block is really black. Was super excited this would match my kitchen and be a nice accent piece. Will keep anyway.

I have needed new knives for a long time. I bought these on sale which was wonderful. They are super sharp and of course I have cut myself already. I do love them I can cut right through a tomato without getting blocked right at the outside skin, just like you see on the commercials on TV.
