I think the 5 piece set is definitely overpriced but I think I see why. I was expecting these to be dainty but they've got some weight to them. Really though it's not a bad thing. They're super shiny and seem very well made, and frankly all I want in silverware aside from uniformity is something that will last/I don't have to replace for several years. I'm going to keep using these and run them through the dishwasher to see how they really hold up If you're particular about silverware size like I am, I wanted to note that the big spoon is a little too large for my taste, but honestly nearly all of those big spoons in sets are. The set of silverware has a really good weight to them. The finish is nice and great if your hand washing the silverware. Used the dishwasher to clean the silverware and the knife came out with rust like spots. Was not impressed with how well this held up. Additionally, the square handles felt unnatural. My kids like the square, but I did not. Was really hoping to like this set enough to order more and replace all my silverware, but with the rust spots and the feel of the handle, I will have to find another set. ... show more

I love the feel and weight of this silverware set. I'm always looking for something a little unusual for my kitchen, and these fit the bill. It's the rebel in me, I guess, but I love square plates, shallow bowls, colored glass, and these cubic utensils.
