The Cimuka 180 series sold by Hatch time is a Great incubator. I have used the small incubators for years with good results but, there are several things to watch for with these. Though I don't forget my incubator you nearly can. Large water container and a Awsome temp and humidity sensors makes these incubators easy to operate! Keep the water filled and I use post it notes on door with rack location set date lock date and hatch date. Hatch baskets work wonderfully. I really have only 1 complaint and it is I wish the quail rack adaptor came with the unit. You can hatch quail without the adaptor just not near as many. You won't be disappointed with this brand CIMUKA has good products! ... show more

Bought this incubator to replace three small foam incubators. Already have hatched several hundred eggs with different species of birds hatched and different times. Quality is amazing. Post hatch, ease of cleaning, amazing, spray out with hose. Noise is minimal, we do have hard water that causes calcium to build up on the fan, but easily cleaned. Will buy more ... show more

    • Amazing effortless incubator
I am on day 16 of 21 incubating 200+ chicken eggs (Bantam and regular), and the easy of the unit has been flawless up to this point. The exterior humidity control is amazing. We candled our eggs and are sitting at 91% good development of eggs but only 2 was fertile and did not develop the rest was unfertile so at no fault to the incubator. There are three main points that I don't like, partly my problem and the flaw of the incubator. 1) the door has to be opened all the way past the side of the incubator in order to get the turning tray out. The location I have the incubator at, it has to sit sideways, so I have to pull it out to allow the door to open larger to allow the turners to be removed. I understand the only fix to this is a larger body of the incubator and is more a user issue more so then the incubator. 2) The egg turners. I am used to standing the eggs on end with the pointy end down. The egg turners are trays, so this is only possible with some sort of material wedged at the ends to keep the eggs upright to allow max quantity of eggs to be incubated. I know you can lay the eggs down with no problem but you loose surface area that could house another egg. 3) is miner thanks to the external humidity controller but the black tray in the bottom only lasts like 2 days then its empty. I was filling it at first but then resorted to only filling it when candling the eggs to limit the door opening. These 3 things are minor hurdles and I would HIGHLY recommend this incubator to everyone. We will see how that hatchery trays work out. I am customizing them to allow breeds to be split up within without purchasing the smaller trays that can be purchased from the company. Ill be using the 1/4 hardware clothe to do this. ... show more

Pros: Has no issues keeping temp or humidity. I’m using it 100% for a Hatcher. I’ve hatched 2 great batches out so far. Cons: the incubator/case is sturdy, however everything else looks and seems really brittle. The turners are plastic and upon unboxing and pulling them out they pop apart. They will go back together easily though, the hatching trays kinda fit but then not really, sometimes it’ll go in straight and other times it’ll slant and sit funny. The water bucket itself. Filled it up originally and it leaked out, tightened it, leaked out, talked to customer support who was super helpful. Sent a new valve for the water tank replaced it and tightened it down and it still leaks. It’s not a lot of water and most probably wouldn’t notice it but due to the tank draining a gallon really quickly the first time, I have blue shop towels under it and you can see when they get wet easily. I’ll end up buying a few adapters at tractor supply to get it 100% but at the end of the day, it does its job. ... show more

Very easy to hook up. Keeps the temperature and humidity. Costumer services gets back to you quickly with a questions. It also arrived quicker than it said it would.

    • These machines are crap don’t buy them
This machine is junk, they break down all the time. They put a 1 year warranty but refuse to fix them. In fact I have recording of them telling me to fix the machine myself. This company is a fraud, and warranty is a lie.
