For the price this is a good record player. Sound is decent and all features worked as indicated. My daughter thought it was perfect for her room. She can play her music when she wants which is just what she wanted. The only negative is that the tone arm mechanism is totally manual, I knew this when I bought it so would not deduct anything from it. It does provide a soft lowering lever which is very helpful. The media could not be loaded. Considering that this is portable with a built-in speaker, I wasn't expecting it to be super loud. It is loudmouth for me to enjoy within the same room. If I later decide I want to hear it more loudly in other rooms, then I'll buy an external speaker. It is also bluetooth compatible (thankfully) and offers a plug-in for headphones. Sound quality isn’t that great, but it’s super cute and our 13 year old loves it. She did have a day where it decided not to sync with her Bluetooth and she was losing her mind. We ended up disconnecting her device and unplugged it for 24 hours. Problem solved.

I first received a one of these Crosley players from work as a gift. Out of the box, it didn't work. I returned it to my work and they gave me a gift card to order another one. I ordered one in the White Sand color and it worked at first. I used it probably 6 times over a year. I got a new record around the holidays and went to play it and the player wouldn't turn on. Now I've purchased a third player and received the wrong color. I ordered Tourmaline, but received the Mint color as seen in the picture. This player also would not power on upon unboxing. My sister had a Voyager that is several years old and works great so I'm trying to give this model a fair chance, especially since I didn't have to pay for the first couple. I truly don't understand how this model is still being sold because this is an issue I've seen people complain about all across the internet. I understand this is a cheap player, but it should really he priced around 30 bucks max if it's not going to last more than a year IF IT EVEN WORKS IN THE FIRST PLACE. UPDATE: Received replacement. At least it was the right color. It DID turn on out of the box, but quickly deteriorated. Turned it on once and the red power button came on but the turntable didn't turn. Turned off and turned back on, the power light turned purple, still not spin. Turned off and turned back on again and this time the power didn't come on at all. Tried a different power supply and it still wouldn't come on. What a waste of time and money. Crosley should (but wont) be ashamed of themselves. ... show more

I bought this for my 13 year old granddaughter and she loves it. The setup was as easy as you would expect for a portable record player. Now her parents have to get used to almost endless Taylor Swift.

We bought this for our daughter this past Christmas. It worked great out of the box. No problems. What was hilarious is that my daughter had never used a turntable. We had to teach her things like not scratching the record, keeping records away from heat, how to find where the songs start and end. :) ... show more

This is a Christmas gift and it came in its original packaging, but the top was ripped and it looked like it had been drug across a dirty floor! Hoping the actual record player is fine.
