I order so much off Amazon that I usually don't take the time to do reviews anymore but I had to for these. I really expected these to be stiff and itchy because that's how all hats are anymore. But they were neither. They are not too thin and not too thick. They fit perfectly and comfortably. I always hate hats because that band that goes across the forehead itches so bad that I can't stand to wear them. But these are a soft flexible material. Pros: - the color is rich - the size is adjustable - I can throw it on over a regular ponytail or bun - I feel that the slit actually works better than a criss-cross back for positioning a ponytail Cons: - the velcro can snag on your hair - the body of the cap feels stiff and sits a little funny on your head - I was hoping to be able to do a HIGH pony and you can't get it all the way up on the crown of your head with this hat (the height of my bun in the picture is as high as you can get) Overall the cap fits the bill and I will keep it. ... show more

So first of all, I would give zero stars if I could!!! Ok so I got the hat when it was on sale for $8, which I don’t even think it’s worth that. Original price is $13. Aside from the quality the style is really cute, but the stitching on it was crooked. I requested a replacement and when it came the inside packaging was covered in DEAD MAGGOTS! I have never received or seen anything like that ever in my life! DISGUSTING! So stupidly I still tried requesting a THIRD one and Amazon gave me such a problem to get another replacement, even after explaining the first replacement was covered in maggots! I wasted HOURS being tossed around from associate to associate in chat trying to get a replacement. They then had the nerve to tell me I had to order AGAIN, which meant pay for it AGAIN! Excuse me! THEN when I went to order it the price was back up to original price Of $13! Very upset on how Amazon handled this! Update: I ordered TWO more of the hats and they again all came covered in maggots! ... show more

I purchased this as a gift for a friend but wanted arrived. I decided I needed to try it on! I love the weight of the fabric. I also love how you can adjust which hole to put your ponytail through. There’s a lot of flexibility in how high or low you wear your ponytail because of the multiple holes. it seems very comfortable and seems to be made out of quality material. The fabric is lightweight so if it happens to get wet, I think it will dry quickly. I think I might have to buy one for myself! ... show more
