The media could not be loaded. Clearly used arrived all dirty and sticky paid 199 pretty disappointing.Will be testing out shortly if it works. but I suggest buying somewhere else if you want to make sure is brand new and not used and sticky. Came with everything but I feel be better to buy everything separate not a bundle if it seems more items come in it but doesn’t. Lots of glitter can barely see on picture. The vinyl sheets full of glitter didnt wanna bother with returning just because it works. Just warning people. ... show more

I have come back to update my original review ( which was much nicer) but I am so beyond done with this product. I bought this with excitement to not need a 3rd party to make some stickers and other fun little things, when it works it is great… but when it does not work it is just hours of unnecessary frustration. I have been using this thing for about 2-3 months now as I am getting inventory ready for an art show, the biggest problem that holds me up 9/10 times when I go to use the machine is connection and app issues. The app is absolute trash. There is constant freezing while using it, which leads to me exiting out the project and then having to start over. It can take about 5-10 mins for the app to load or import images to the work space. The work space is pretty weak as far as having control over your image and making any changes. It would be nice if there was a way to bridge using photoshop with the printer over their work space. The program also tends to change the color of projects that get imported. In conclusion I am going to be going back to my 3rd party companies for my sticker designs as it will save me waay more time and money. There is just too much troubleshooting with connection issues and having control over my own designs with in the app. ... show more
