I have a Joy, so when this came out I was really exited about this printer. My regular Joy I have no issues connecting to it with any of my devices. When I received this joy Xtra in, I could not connect with my laptop. I tried another windows laptop, same thing. I then tried with my android phone and iPad, it connected with those devices with no issues. I just could not connect any windows laptop. Again I connect to my regular Joy with no issues, so it is not my Bluetooth that is having issues. I thought maybe it was just this Joy Xtra, but then I tried with my moms Joy Xtra who only uses a iPad, I had the same issue. I could connect phone mobile devices, just not my laptop. I research troubleshooting for this issue, but I found nothing. I thought it was funny how they suggested you plug the USB cable in, well this device does not have that port. So my advice, if you have a Windows laptop don't waste your money. ... show more

I personally wouldn't recommend this. First I will say I tried over and over to download the books that supposedly come in this bundle and it kept only showing wear on the website to buy it so...so to pay for them again? I have only used it a handful of times and it is already not working properly. It will cut wear there is no cut and it won't match the lines up so I have to fix it by hand with an exact. Yes I am being careful and using it properly. Also it will try to "load" when there is nothing there but when u do put your vinyl in place it won't always recognize it. I cant return it because my month vindow is up today but I've only used it 3 times. Also if you try to return it you won't get your full refund if any. ... show more
