Very nice finish to these tools. I’m not sure on corrosion resistance just yet but they seem like they could handle almost anything, water of course should still be an issue after a point. They fit the bolts I’ve tried very well, with a snugness that’s feels almost like the bolt may stick but releases with ease. The teeth seem to be a bit finer than the 72 tooth ratchets I used to have. With very little slop in the handle. This product was worthy of a review due to its extreme economy pricing with a solid name and product. Only downside is the packaging, I’d invest in an actual box that doesn’t require you to cut almost every single socket loose. ... show more

These wrenches are an excellent quality for the price. The range of sizes are common and the fit and finish are really high. The broaching and grinding on the box end are nice and square and the open end does not "lobster claw" leaving a nice thin profile. The downside is that they do no stamp sizes on these only laser etched or maybe a silk screen? I'm not sure but they are easy to read against the black finish. The long pattern is worth it for the extra reach and leverage. I have purchased the SAE set as well and will be happy to use this proud brand on my beaters for years to come. ... show more

A handsome all metal set of hex sockets, including the powder-black reversible ratcheting wrench with slashed steel backplate and a black chrome 3-inch extension for recessed nuts. Made in Taiwan, I'm pleasantly surprised the set doesn't have the heavy stench of machine oil like every cheap Chinese tool I've ever ordered. The Metric sockets are marked with a snazzy International Orange ring while the Standard sockets (do people still use those silly things? Nyehehehe) have a simple black ring. Size numbers are physically stamped into each socket so they won't wear off. The tree the parts are on serves as a storage "case", everything clips or pops onto it. Liberate the sockets by simply snipping the tips of the black tabs to remove the outer restrictor beams. Do I sound like I know what I'm talking about yet? Used this to install a TV wall mount, it had all the sizes needed. And...that's it. It's a simple attractive set that gets the job done, provided your nuts and bolts are 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 17mm and/or 19mm big. Or the similar Standard sizes up to 13/16ths, whatever the heck that means! ... show more
