I really want to love the product. But the "take a photo button" is only working 10% of the time and I can record a video about 20% of the time. I reached out to their support email that says they promise a reply within 24 hours. (See my attached photo) After two weekend days and three full business days later... I reached back out to them. On the 4th business day I got a message that had nothing to do with my product (something about being in time lapse mode... there is zero in their manual or the binoculars setting about a time lapse mode). And a request that I explain what I meant by the button not working all the time in video mode. So I replied back with an image from their manual about the button and rephrased my questions about how often the button should work. I replied within a hour of getting their message and now 4 days later. Still waiting on a reply. Bottom line. If your product comes working out of the box then you will more than likely love the product. If you have any questions for support... then I hope you have weeks to wait on an answer. Oh and their phone number is busy no matter what time of day you call it. I can tell you that the on screen image as well as the photos and videos when you can get them are awesome. The images are up to 5MP's and the video is 720p. ... show more

Piece of junk. This product is poorly manufactured, unreliable, and costs much more than it is worth. I used these so called night vision binoculars once, judged it as not user friendly with unremarkable optics, and put them on the shelf in a safe, climate controlled environment. When I took them out one year later, which was less than two months after the warranty expired, they were inoperable even with a new battery replacement. Customer service is a bot--I got pro forma excuses and apologies along with trouble shooting advice for a different model even after sending "customer support" a photo as they requested. An example of their troubleshooting techniques: "Observe the screen (and NOT through the lenses)...." The worse mistake I made was not returning this poorly manufactured and poorly supported product the day after I opened it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go elsewhere. ... show more

I purchased these binoculars because they were said to take video and pictures in both daylight and at night. I also purchased an extended warranty due to the fact that I was charged $350.00 dollars for them and wanted to protect my investment. After a short time of ownership and learning how to use the product I also learned that these binoculars will not work as I wanted them to. I knew when making the purchase that they would not have the greatest quality video or picture but unfortunately they also do not take pictures in daylight. The worst part is they have no website only an Amazon sale page. Even the phone number on the box has been disconnected. Stay clear from creative xp if you expect someone to be there after they receive your money. ... show more
