  • perfect printer
The media could not be loaded. I received the printer 1 week ago (ender 3s1 plus), it is a good option to be your first printer since you do not need to assemble many pieces, following the instructions, check that all the screws are tight and that there is nothing loose since for the same handling of the parcels can loosen something or other, I recommend you watch a video so you can see how the bed is leveled and ready to print without problems I have used the .4mm nozzle to print figures and vases, I have also used a 1mm nozzle to use TPU and I just have to say that it prints like butter, this printer does not have to do any improvements, just a few details of how the parts are packaged (creality) (it does not affect the operation of the printer), these details are already being resolved by the seller "Creativity Labs" and the truth is that they are very attentive and always helping the customer. I can only say that I recommend the printer and the seller "Creativity Labs" for their attention and availability to resolve these details ... show more

  • It's a really good one
Just got mine, So far it runs like a dream. The Benchy isn't perfect. But dang good for a first try from a noob like me. After some tightening, it works fine. And make sure to check the eccentric nuts that hold the extruder to the x gantry, and make sure the x and y belts are tight but not too tight. They should sound like guitar strings when you pluck them. I've been running it non stop for 2 days and done several smallish print which came out excellent. I think I'll spend some time with the stock firmware for now. I fear changing it while it's working just fine is risky. But I'm very excited to do some mods on it eventually. ... show more

  • A massive bed at a decent price
Initial setup was ridiculously quick. You can immediately start printing with decent results. With little to no knowledge you can immediately start printing everything off thing*verse with almost 0 issues. I did just that but soon wanted a different finish that only different types of beds can provide...that's where the problems started. The issues start when you try to level the bed after swapping out for glass or other surfaces. You have to adjust the offsets and that's where the nightmare began. I don't know if I'm the only one having so much difficulty getting the first layer to stick. No matter how I adjust it, it feels as if the auto bed level is going out of its way to ruin it. It was only after weeks of on/off attempts and a ridiculous amount of hrs reading and watching guides that I finally got it the way I want it. There is a sort of excitement to seeing your effort pay off, but I can see how repeating the same actions over and over with miniscule adjustments and repeated failures could drive a normal person to insanity. I tend to enjoy calibrating and dialing things in (to a certain extent). Although this little project did push me to the brink. ... show more

  • Not what seller described
The machine is great, some getting used to but definitely recommend. The seller I went through on Amazon is different story. They described it as a version I was wanting with extras I wanted. The extras was a lie. It did arrive in good shape but if I new it didn’t have certain cape ability’s I would have kept looking. ... show more

  • Good on paper bad in reality.
I run a small print farm and I am a Creality fan boy. With the success I have had with the Ender pro series and cr10s I really wanted the S1. I thought getting the S1 would save me many hours upgrading the machine. I was wrong... so very wrong. I have tried many prints and about 85% of them have failed. The ones that were successful took many attempts. There is poor bed adhesion and certain “dead" spots on the bed where the auto bed leveling fails. Even with z hop enabled the nozzle will pull or break the print. When I received the printer the sd card slot was broken, back left screw was extremely bent pushing the leveling nut into the carriage, and a few dings in places that are not from shipping. All in all I would stick with other creality printers as this one is not quite to par yet. As of this review Creality has sent me a new board but problems still persist and frustrations are rising. ... show more
