I wasn’t sure about adding anything to all of my dog’s food at first. I usually give her supplements as a treat. She took to it very well though. At first she wasn’t sure about the texture change but she accepts it now with no problem. She was a horrible mess around the house. I’ve never seen a dog she’d so much. Plus she was constantly scratching and licking. This has stopped. We’ve noticed her shedding isn’t nearly as bad and I’m sure it will keep getting better. My black lab has always been shiny, silky & just plain handsome! He will be 10 in the spring & in the last year he has begun to have skin issues, dry flaky skin & mild hot spots on his under arms & chest. The vet gave him a benzoyl peroxide shampoo which cleared up the hot spots but not the dry flaky skin. I have him on victor ocean fish dog food but still not enough. We added the salmon oil awhile back & he is now back to his shiny, silky old self & he absolutely loves the flavor of the salmon oil! I rarely gush over any product but this product is amazing! We have three dogs and when we adopted the newest one we were told she had allergies but not that she shed in clumps! Her hair is medium so I didn't think anything of it. We had a Golden Retriever in the past and could never find any product that helped the shedding. Well this product has helped all three dogs and the dramatic difference in our new dog was visible week by week. It's been a month and the hair is 99% gone. We would see clumps of hair in corners and along the walls all over the house from getting pushed by air when walking. Now no hair!!! She also has stopped licking her paws. Can’t say enough good about Craving Canine Salmon Oil for Dogs! I’ve tried to really bad smelly stuff my dogs would not touch and just would not do a thing for them what little bit they consumed. They eat this right up spooned over their kibble no problem. Their coat is so healthy and shiny, and my schnauzer does not dig and lick at her paws as much at all..more time and I’m sure she will quit.Highly recommend if wanting good Salmon oil with E and Omegas. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I read the reviews ... Again cuz i was looking for some things i had purchased to show my daughter. I had not taken out of cupboard yet.. So tonite i put on top of kibble which Buddy usually "rolls his eyes" at kibble lol ... Guess what he ate ALL OF IT!!!! IM SO TICKLED! Wife gave our 70lb dog 3-4 pumps of the stuff and that really made for a huge mess tho it was thankfully on a hard surface. Still incredibly gross to clean up. Learn from our mistake. One pump’s worth for a few days and then two and so forth. Our large 70 lb mixed breed had developed quite an allergy to where he was gnawing his paws to the bone. Wearing a collar 24/7. Both my dogs tend to be really picky when adding anything to their kibble that is not food and supplements have always been an isssue. As they are both getting older I've been actively searching for a supplement that will help them with overall health and that they'd actually take without protesting. Well I've found it in Craving Canine's Salmon Oil!     • Beware of leaking & dented bottle

This oil is good for my dog but plastic bottle came dented. More importantly when I attached the enclosed pump the oil kept seeping up onto pump where it moves up and down. Pooling oil was a mess and wasted my product. Saw others had same problem so I followed advise of manufacturer and checked to make sure pump top was well threaded. Ended up having to buy separate pump bottle. Between add'l cost of bottle plus the lost product and the mess, I was not a happy camper.
