For years I’ve been using other fish oil products with great success but they were smaller and sometimes double the price per ounce. We added another dog to the family so I needed a better alternative. Was recommended this product by a friend and we’re never going back. My gals sensitive to smell and so far no issues with smell. Very easy to use pump bottle that we store in the refrigerator as recommended. Zero drips from the pump after use so no concerns about making a mess. Dogs were on fish oil products before and both benefited from fish oil for skin health and their coats shined, actually noticed a little more improvement using this product.     • It's made my dogs coats healthy and so soft
I buy this for my dogs. The bottle never leaks, it's a good quality, and I feel it's a good value. I am disabled, so the pump is a must for me with large bottles, and this has one. It's so easy to squirt some on the dog food and be done. I have a shepherd and a chihuahua. Fish oil helps their coats immensely. I can brush the shepherd out easier. My vet always says my chihuahua is the softest chihuahua she's ever seen comments on how healthy my dogs coats are. She's right, they look great and my little guy is so soft. ... show more

    • Helped my dog’s itchy skin
My dog suffers from chronic itchiness beginning every May thru December. I tried new dog food, which didn’t help much. A few months ago my veterinarian recommended fish oil. I chose this brand because it has high ratings AND the highest combined EPA + DHA totals (which is what really matters) per serving per $. After a month, my dog’s coat has become SO SILKY; in the sunlight, it actually gleams. Her itchiness has improved, and the amount of dander has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. I used to have to bathe her once/week to keep the scratching under control. Now I can bathe her every three weeks, which is a huge time savings (her double coat takes a long time to dry, even with a blow dryer). Obviously I was also trying the aforementioned new dog food, plus Zyrtec and Benadryl daily, and a special shampoo too. But I was using all those over the summer anyway, with no effect on the scaly itchy skin. So I have to conclude that this fish oil is the cause of such a big improvement. We even started given it to my husband’s dog, who doesn’t have any itchiness, just because it has helped my dog so much. Now the second dog’s coat shines more. And both of their coats stink less, I have noticed. (Also, as a lovely side effect, no one has constipation problems either now😉.) Plus, both of our dogs LOVE the taste! I notice they spend extra time licking every bit of the oil of the bowls🙂. Obviously, this isn’t the only solution for my dog’s skin problems, but it’d definitely a piece of the puzzle. ... show more

I have a lab that sheds all the time and gets itchy especially in the summer. I use 2 pumps on food and at takes away the itching and his coat is so shining. I’m not sure it helps shedding but with a lab it’s hard to tell. He loves the taste, but he’ll eat cardboard so I’m not sure if that counts

    • Fixed my GSD’s flaky skin
This has been a fantastic purchase. My girl has had itchy flaky skin as long as I can remember and we have tried so many different things. We did figure out that she was allergic to poultry so cutting that from her diet has helped but she was still itchy. I spent a lot of time online before choosing this product fir the good value and positive reviews. After using it for about 6-8 weeks her coat is noticeably shinier and her itching has nearly stopped. I’m so happy with the results and will not stol using it. She is also more excited to eat her food now. The pump is handy, there is some minimal leakage but nothing crazy, to be expected with an oil. The smell is strong so I have to wash my hands right away after using the pump. ... show more

We use this on top of our dog's food and since using this product their coats are shiny and they look so healthy. It's good quality fish oil and priced fairly. The bottle comes with an attachable pump to make it easy to use with minimal spillage.
