I think it's the best "cooling" piece of bedding I've ever bought. Would highly recommend it. It's smooth, and it feels like I took it out of the fridge. This is by far the best blanket I’ve ever purchased! Perfect for hot summer nights or people who run hot when sleeping! The material is AMAZING! Extremely comfortable & keeps you nice & cool! It feels so good against your skin you will want to sleep naked if you don’t already! I also love the color & the coverage! Perfect for one or two people in a twin, full, or queen sized bed! Love this blanket. 4.5 stars. Now its not as cooling as I had hoped (reason for not 5 stars) but it was my first experience w/ this kind of product. Every time I lay on it is cool to the touch & relaxing as well as super comfy material, but it absorbs body heat w/in a minute or too. However if you do wake up in the night feeling warm you can just move the blanket over a bit & feel the coolness & I fall back asleep. Sometimes after coming inside on the hot summer day I'll just go & lay on it for a minute cause it just feels like magic that a blanket can be cool like that. :) It's also a good alternative to a normal comforter as it is a lighter material blanket. Yet the weight of is comparable to a normal comforter weight, almost like its a very light weighted blanket. I got the queen size & it cover the whole top of my California king mattress as well as hangs over the sides abt .5 in and cover the pillows too. So far the material is not getting caught on dry skin, which I was concerned abt, but it's not winter dry skin yet so time will tell more. I do not let the dog on it as I don't want to risk the material being scratched. It washes & drys well in the laundry machines, I make sure to follow the directions on the label. Washability was a main decision in choosing this product. I bought it on sale and as someone who normally buys bedding @ discount stores, it was still expensive to me. Yet, to be able to have a good night's sleep in the summer, it was very worth the investment. Good sleep is essential to overall good health & this blanket helps to provide that. As someone who loves a comfy blanket, this is my favorite, but alas it's held in such high reguard it has to stay on my bed & not be used on the couch by the whole family. I bought a twin size mint green and queen size blue/gray blanket. I am a night sweater when I sleep and just naturally get hot easily. I have been looking for cooling blanket for about 5 years now and this is the only one I've found that is cool to the touch and stays cool the entire time. It is extremely soft and light weight. I can finally sleep comfortably throughout the night. I've been using this ever since I got it and have yet to wake up in the morning sweaty. I have not had any issues with wrinkles. There was no smell when taking it out of the package and the quality seems high. So I had no qualms with buying a second one, especially when there were great deals! The only downside I have is that the color is not as bright as in the pictures, it's quite muted to the point where I could barely tell which side was mint green versus white. The blue/gray combo is slightly better. I just wish the colors were as prominent in person as the pictures described. ... show more

I am a hot sleeper. Even in the winter I like a thin blanket. This blanket is wonderful. It really keeps me cool. The material never gets warm. The outer material is thin and silky. Very luxurious . It is lightweight and keeps me comfortable.

I am in the stage a of a hot sleeper, I was not sleeping well at night because I would spend the night covering and uncovering myself with my thin blanket. Someone asked me to try a cooling blanket and I am glad I did! It’s so soft, cool to the touch, I don’t use a sheet to cover me anymore, just this blanket, I absolutely love it, I sleep through the whole night now. Been using it for a week. It’s a good price in compare to some others, I washed it once o got it. The only thing is ( it’s not white ) it has a yellowish tint to it.
