If you're unsure if you'll like hammock camping then buy this one. I've tried several and take at least 3 kayak camping trips over every summer. These have been super impressive for a cheap hammock. I bought another for whomever come with me and as a back up. I've spent probably 20-25 nights in mine over the last 2 years and its super easy to set up and get in and out of. The bug netting is a bit thin so be easy with it. the only real issue I've noticed is Some of the stitching is a little sus where you tie down to on the sides to keep you from rocking so be careful but that is it. I usually don't even use the tie downs. As far as the hammock material and the carabiner hooks, the straps and the zipper all have held of great! I recommend this to friends all the time that want to come camping with me down river or that want an alternatives to tent camping. I'll post pictures later after I get my new phone and pictures back. My old phone is in the river from last weekend HAHA! ... show more

It's basically a single hammock but the bug net stays out of your face once it zipped up for the most part so it's pretty good hammock especially if you're not a flipper and flapper

The media could not be loaded. This has become my go to hammock for summers in Virginia. I have several Eno hammocks, but for ease and bug safety, this is a great hammock! The hammock is very durable and the netting works very easily and well which is why I bought it and am very satisfied with it.

This hammock is simply amazing. From the moment I picked it up, through every step of using it, I was continually impressed at how well-designed it is. The first thing you notice is how light it is...it weighs less than 2 pounds. For reference, without the stakes (I don't use them) it weighs about as much as two cans of beer. Then you open the bag and find that the bag is sewn to the hammock, which is such a simple but effective way of ensuring you don't need to worry about putting the bag somewhere once set up. In fact, once you have the hammock set up you notice that the bag is actually a super convenient pouch to store items from your pockets while you relax. Very clever and practical. Setting the hammock up is so simple once you get a feel for the amount of space you need between trees. Even if you don't have the perfect distance you can just loop the strap around the tree once or twice to tighten it up. I had it set up in minutes on the first try. Not only is this hammock very comfortable for lying down in, it's really nice for sitting upright as well. If you position yourself in the right way the hammock provides a sturdy back support as if you were sitting in a chair. The bug netting is also an excellent feature. If you need to escape biting insects in hot weather, sometimes a tent can feel stuffy, but the netting on this hammock breathes very well. It seems to be able to expand infinitely to be able to hold two people comfortably, but what's also nice is that it doesn't feel too large if you're using it alone. When you finally decide to start moving again, which is hard to do once you get into this hammock, packing it up is ridiculously quick and easy. I've had sleeping bags over the years where you basically need to be a professional cigar roller to get it to fit into the bag, but this hammock doesn't have that problem. Whether you fold it neatly or just bunch it up and stuff it in, the bag is the perfect size. As for durability, I've owned this hammock for almost a year and have taken it on several multiple-day camping trips, along with many day hikes and bike rides, without any issues so far. Time will tell if it continues to hold up but honestly, for less than $30 I feel I've already gotten my money's worth. If it fails I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. ... show more
