Detergent door does not open reliably, only works about half the time. Have to run entire cycle over again because door remains closed and soap is not dispensed. When the door does open sometimes the pod gets stuck as well and again soap is not dispensed. Tried the hard powder based pods more like a powder brick (not powder in a plastic pouch) as well as liquid based pods, both have gotten stuck. Have not tried straight powder or liquid as I am using up what I purchased previously and worked great with my last countertop dishwasher. Drain hose does not have a threaded connection to the back of the machine like the inlet hose does. It is just a plastic hose and a thin metal ring to hold it in place. Drain hose is not connected to the intake hose, nor is it the same length which makes unhooking it from the sink and storing it while not in use difficult. Heated dry does not work well. Rack design is frustrating. Previous countertop dishwasher I had for seven years and sadly is no longer available. Would not recommend this. Update 5/1/22: No longer works after 5 months. Unit still has power will bring in water to the machine but the arm no longer spins, just makes a humming sound. Dishes are not being washed. Re-doing the review because the customer service was outstanding. With customer support we did a lot of trouble shooting. Nothing seem to get it to work. The drain plug seem to be full of "stuff" and nothing we did would fix it. The washer weighs a good 50 pounds and I was worried about how in the world I'd be able to return it. Their great customer service told me they were sending me a new one and not to bother to return the one that wasn't working. Wonderful. The new one is working great. Love how clean my dishes come clean. Side note: be sure to get all food stuff off the dishes before washing so nothing will come off to block the drain. Small price to pay to keep it working well. I do suggest using powder deg. instead of a pod although it says you can use either one. The best thing about this washer is the customer service. I had answers back in less than a day each and every time we talked back and forth. Just outstanding. So even though I had problems with the first one, the 2nd one is fine and with that kind of customer service you can't go wrong. I would feel safe buying any of their products. ... show more

No dislikes. Of course as a soon as we got this, the old dishwasher started working just fine! I think I'll donate the old one to someone in need.
