Very nice set of dishes, and Corelle is VERY STURDY STUFF. If you're worried about kids (or adults for that matter) dropping a dish or bowl, this is the stuff you want. Very resistant to breakage, and good looking as well. What more can you want?

I ordered this Vitrelle service for 6 because I like the design. I have used Corelle dishes for many years and always loved the ease in using. Light weight and very stylish. Not afraid of them breaking or chipping. I was a little surprised by the lightness of the Vitrelle dishes - almost feather light! The dinner plates are smaller than standard Corelle (even though measurements stated are the same!). I gave it a four star rating because the set is very pretty and can be used for everyday or special occasions - also because the price is reasonable and I know I will have it for a long time! ... show more
