Our patented, proportional sizing system provides a proper fit in height and length to accommodate various body sizes. Flexible internal stays provide support and stability as well as help prevent the sides from rolling. Easy closure assists provide additional leverage with minimal effort for extra compression and a secure fit which is ideal for users with arthritis or weakened muscles. The soft elastic CorEdge finish on top and bottom edges offers added comfort and flexibility. Soft material wicks away moisture, keeping the body cool and comfortable. The anatomical form contours to the natural curves of the waist and hips for comfort. Dual elastic side pulls provide firm compression. I herniated a disk in my back and this helped immensely with keeping things in line and helping to support while I recovered. Highly recommend for that. One complaint is they do not provide great instruction on how to clean and it can get dirty. Doesn’t clean well in the washer

It is a good product, however, the sizing includes something marked Regular (medium/large) and an X-Large. I bought the medium/large since the X-Large was too big. The medium/large is more medium and is slightly too small which reduces the comfort. Why not have a medium and a large size? It is too much to expect those who wear a medium and those who wear a large to be comfortable in the same size. This is really a big deal for your product. I have never seen this before and almost did not purchase the medium/large also called "regular" because I thought it might be too small, which it is. I am making do with some discomfort. ... show more

Good product, well made, just doesn't do a lot to help my back. However, in all fairness, I have extensive back problems with spinal cord compression. This belt can be placed higher or lower on the back and tightened up without bunching up, rolling, or digging into hips, so in that respect it's good. It also has pull tabs and a hand pocket to pull it tightly across the abdomen. ... show more

When I go to the store and shop, I get low back pain that is very bothersome. My chiropractor recommended this brand and it helps very much to either have on pain or very little pain.
