I bought this for when we move back home once it is done being fixed from a catastrophic event. Decided to pull it out now and use it in our rental. SO GLAD I DID. I had been just sweeping and using a $20 tiny vacuum. The suction on this is great and it has 3 levels which helps with going from rugs to hardwood floors and laminate. This thing is impressive. The suction is extremely powerful. It moves from hardwood to tile to carpet with ease and cleans a house with two cats and two small fluffy dogs really well. The flexible movement of the head is nice, and the light is good to have when going under or behind furniture. I think it’s extremely lightweight and easy to carry. There are only two things I’m not entirely thrilled about. 1. It’s a little annoying to clean out. You can’t just empty it. You have to take it apart. Still, that’s not a complaint because it’s not difficult to take apart—just inconvenient. 2. It blows air on me instead of away from me while I’m vacuuming. I’m right-handed and feel like I must have mistakenly ordered a left-handed one, but I don’t think there is such a thing. It just vents on the left so be prepared. Don’t let the two negatives deter you, though. This is a good machine. I also like that it hangs on the wall and out of the way while it’s charging. This gets 4.5 stars from me. ... show more

I bought this mainly for carpet and it works great for medium pile carpet actually. It also works quite fine on hardwood. It doesn't come with as many attachments as some of the other vacuums though, but what it has is sufficient. The battery is fine and the suction power is pretty great. I haven't had issues with anything getting tangled in the roller, either. It is light and the parts are easy to swap out. The head roller is very flexible in turning on both axis making it a breeze to use. My only real complaint so far is the capacity of what it can hold when cleaning as the container is actually quite small. I use it mainly in one commonly used area of the house for regular easy maintenance but if you are doing an entire house you will probably need to empty it more than once during vacuuming. Overall, with the discount sale I got this for I am quite satisfied when I was worried I would get a less than competent product. ... show more

I purchased this to replace a stick vac that I loved and lasted 5 years. I have a small home and a large dog. On first use, I am very impressed by the suction. It is louder than my original vacuum on the regular setting and very loud on the highest setting. I actually don't think I need a higher setting because it's very effective at baseline. This was heavy, especially when off the brush and used like a dustbuster. Even when using it as a stick, my arm was tired, and my hand ached. The long-lasting battery allows me to complete my whole house (800 sqft) while retaining 1/2 charge. I have an 8x10 wool rug and had to stop 3 times to empty the canister, which is ridiculous. I would give it 5 stars if the canister could be increased by half at least! I got it on sale, and there was a coupon so happy with the price. I likely would have purchased a higher-end brand to have a more ergonomic and higher capacity vacuum if I was comparing it at full price to other models. ... show more

This was a gift for my daughter who is rather particular. We all love it. It hangs in our laundry room ready for use whenever it's needed. It is lightweight so even the grandkids can use it. The suction works well enough to pick up the frequent spills, hair from the dog, and dust. #The swivel head allows for easy maneuvering around chair and table legs. This thing is so impressive! We have laminate vinyl throughout the house, a staircase and this machine handles every nook and cranny. I especially love that you can lay the handle almost completely flat to get under beds and dressers and the head stays down to reach everywhere you need. It's got great suction. It's lightweight. It's easy to clean. Battery lasts. Easily adjustable. Great for stairs! 3 settings. Also they offer replacement parts if you need them. I'd never heard of this brand when I bought mine, but I'm glad I took a chance. Would definitely recommend!!

This is good as a backup vacuum or for like a dorm. It is very good for quick cleanups but definitely would not work for more than a 20min use .. the suction on high goes down after about 10min
