I bought this primarily to suck up cat litter and food, but I also vacuum the vinyl and hardwood floors, as well as the area rugs. I would say it doesn't roll very well on the rugs, but I still think it is the best vacuum. It has great suction. Be sure to rinse out those filters, especially if you think it's not sucking well. There are two filters. The white "paper" looking one is easy to remove - twist and pull. The second filter is not so easy or I haven't figured out the trick. I turn the canister upside down, stick my hand inside and push. It does the trick, but then I'm fishing the filter out of the garbage, which is annoying. In order to securely mount the charging holder you will either need lots of strength to hand tighten the screws or an extension for your drill. I have neither, so mine is not fully secure but has held up for the year I've had the product. I did a lot of research before buying this stick Vac and I'm pleased with the decision to buy it. I wanted to wait until I had used this vacuum for a while before giving a review. Well, it's been just about a year now and I have given it a good solid test. My short-hair dog sheds like crazy and I use this vac every day on my hardwood floors and on my carpet (cookie crumbs, etc) I love the way the swivel head goes right under the tables and the baseboards. The best part is the removable dust buster. Instead of having to find another outlet for a separate tool, this is an all-in-one machine. It has 2 attachments that will get in tight spaces and also the brush tool is great on the upholstery which also has dog hair on it. The only drawback is that the dust cup is small and you need to empty it frequently. For quick pick-ups...it is great! It won't get clogged up if you just pull the button catch and dump it out after using it. It does a great job and picking up the dust bunnies too! It doesn't take up much space either and is so much easier than dragging out the big vacuum cleaner. I can't say enough good things about this Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. I use this everyday, multiple times. It is so convenient and easy to use. It's lightweight, and handy for little spills and general everyday cleaning that would otherwise require dragging out my larger vacuum. I have LVP throughout my home and this little machine cleans up any mess that I have needed it for. It does a good job on fabric rugs and is also able to do a decent job on low pile carpet and rugs. This is a Great Vacuum for quick pickups. I have cleaning lady every other week, I use this vacuum for the in between cleans. I have wood, ceramic, and area rug cleanups all made quick and easy. Also my husband is a farmer and when he undresses, no telling what grass, sticks, dirt he will leave in the Utility room. My old vacuum that I inherited from my mother was massive, heavy, and all around a pain in the butt to use. After searching Amazon for hours, my husband and I decided to give this one a try and boy are we happy that we did!!! Between my own hair going all over the place and our cat's fur, there's more than enough to need picking up. Whether it's hardwood floors or the carpet or even cracks in the couch, this vacuum gets it all! Granted, when it does get full, the vacuum will just shut off after a minute but the hook that comes with it makes cleaning it out easy! Not only that, but it's light, easy to use, gets in all nooks and crannies, and comes with an attachment that's good for car or couch cleaning. I have been covering a cordless vacuum for quite some time. While house sitting I used the Dyson cordless and loved it but I have a hard time paying 500 dollars for a vacuum. After comparison shopping and reading many reviews I went for the WHALL (during prime week). I am here to report it works just as well as the Dyson on my 4 bedroom home. I use it on hardwood, tile, area rugs and kitchen linoleum with good results. I have a long hair cat and a family of 4 so it gets used daily.
