UPDATE 9/21/23 wowowowoowowowowowowowo this company’s customer service support has exceeded my expectations for any company i’ve ever had to work with. within 2-3 days of my original review, they reached out via email to call them. i called, the same person who sent the email answered the phone. she asked for my amazon order number and within 5 minutes let me know a replacement battery was on the way. it arrived in less than 2 days. i charged it and then connected it to the vacuum. however it still did not turn on. i kinda of just chalked it up to “oh well that sucks.” but i was reached out to via text by the company to see how the replacement battery worked. i informed them that i no longer believe it to be the battery, they asked for a video, which i sent. within 30 minutes they replied letting me know their technician reviewed the video and that a new motor would be sent. this happened on 9/20 8am. it is now 8pm on 9/21, i received my replacement motor, connected it to the rest of the vacuum and new battery and so far it works perfectly! i’m honestly shocked and very happy with my experience with this company. quality service at no extra cost and i’m really grateful, very unexpected for me. i do not have the funds to buy a new vacuum at the moment and i do enjoy the ease of this one. if you’re not looking to shell out hundreds for a cordless dyson, this one is a fantastic option if not just for the vacuum, then for the incredible customer service. originally put 2 stars. updated to 5 due to the service. original review: i bought this around 12 months ago. the first few months it was fine. after a while it would only run for about 10-15 minutes total. now i’m less than a year out and the battery has taken a complete dump. it won’t charge and my vacuum is essentially useless unless i want to shell out $80 for a battery. while i was able to use it for around a year, i don’t recommend it. maybe it’s my fault for only spending a little over $120 on a cordless vacuum and should have saved a little bit longer for a better one. but yeah id go with a different brand and i will since i now have to buy a new vacuum cleaner. ... show more

Bought this in November of 2022 and after being faithful- the leg snapped from the canister. I have called the customer service number because of the 12mo warranty advertisement they have listed and haven't had any luck with replacement. This was a very well taken care of vacuum and battery life was decent. So sad about the customer support being unresponsive. I will likely buy the upgraded version because the product worked so well, just sad that I couldn't get a response from their team. It works magically on long hair, dirt, crumbs and all the toddler things. Light weight, great suction! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of their customer service. The vacuum battery is also quick to die. After using the medium-high settings for 11 months, battery dies within 5 minutes. Things to keep in mind! ... show more

I've had this vacuum for about two weeks and wanted to contribute what I like and what I think could be improved. The first thing to note is how incredibly light this machine is. I have two floors and have lugged many heavy vacuums up and down the stairs. It's not fun. This thing lets you practically skip up the stairs if you are so inclined. I also love the motility of the head. It's small and fits into most places where others might not. The head does tend to "stick" in the upright position, but a pop with my foot sets it back down onto the floor. I have two LARGE... okay, GIANT breed dogs so there is always something to clean. The vacuum does a great job, although I wish there were a turbo or beater speed for rugs. I also like how easy it is to clean the vacuum head. So many companies make it difficult to really get in there and get whatever gets stuck. I appreciate how easy it is to reach in and clean the roller at the end of a cleaning session. I'm only two weeks in, but I have had no issues with battery life either. This is not an expensive machine, in my book, so it does a great job for it's category. ... show more

I’ve had this vacuum for around a year and have used it once every few weeks to vacuum my apartment. It was great for what I was looking for. My apartment is small and only half of it is carpeted. I really just needed it for very occasional use to keep things tidy. At first it was great: it sucked up anything I needed it to and I loved not having to deal with any cords. Over the last two or so months, it’s been giving me a headache though and today I think it’s officially done for. For one, recently it’s held like no power. I would charge the battery overnight and then the next day, I’d go to use the vacuum and the charge would only last for one small room of my apartment before dying. If that didn’t happen, the vacuum would give out because of it supposedly being “clogged” or the brush having an issue. Today I had the same issue with getting the error that the airflow was clogged and/or the brush wasn’t working. I disassembled and cleaned the whole vacuum though and there was no clog and the brush was working fine. It still is giving me the error message though and refusing to let me vacuum for more than two seconds before it gives out again. It’s a shame. I felt like this vacuum should have lasted longer than a year. Also, something of note: it’s a fairly annoying vacuum to use when you have someone in the house with long hair. Any shedded hair that might be in the carpet will tangle into a nasty mess on the spin brush and getting it off is a nightmare. For the price of this vacuum, I knew I wasn’t getting a top-tier vacuum, but I still wish it lasted longer than it did. ... show more
