I just got mine in the mail- I’ve used it once and it’s getting 1 star due to it being able to suck up dog hair decent. And The main floor attachment is thin enough to fit under most of my furniture. I can’t express how cheaply made this thing is. My paper towel tubes are sturdier than the tube of this vacuum. It is literally a THIN plastic tube. I read that it’s lightweight.. it sure is, this vacuum is SO lightweight that it is literally hard to steer it in the direction you want. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone. God forbid I accidentally drop it, it will definitely be the end of the vacuum when that happens. I can’t imagine anyone spending $999 on this thing. I’m mad at myself for paying $120. I also want to add that it is definitely not meant for anyone tall. I could hold it fine but I’m not even 5ft tall. My husband may have issues. And that trying to use it on any of the 3 settings for a bathroom rug is an absolute joke. ... show more

Purchased this mainly to clean out my car but to also do the spot vacuum when the dog decides to leave her food on the floor instead of in her mouth. I tested this on multiple different items. It did well picking up the dog hair from the velvet chair. It took multiple slow passes to pick up dog food, paper, or other light items from both hardwood floors and carpeted. Then I used it in the car to try to pick up the dog hair and general detritus that gets left by shoes. I had to recharge the vacuum twice and it did an ok job. There is still hair and dirt on the floors but it is better than before. It probably took me twice as long to do the job with this vacuum (minus the charging time) than it would have with my heavier plug-in vacuum but it is easier to maneuver. For the price, the material is very cheap plastic. Removing the bin to empty it is a challenge as you have to hold it just right. Some of the attachments like to spin so you have to hold them close to the joint to really be effective, which is awkward. It’s embarrassing that I fell for this scam. It was advertised on Labor Day as a really nice vacuum originally priced at $1,000, but on sale for just over $100. I knew it was too good to be true. Technically it’s a vacuum, but wouldn’t purchase again or recommend purchase. I she tried on multiple surfaces and different jobs and I still have found something it’s good at. It’s just ok/better than nothing (if that makes sense).

Title says it all. Arrived and the box was intact. Opened it up and not only were parts missing, there wasn't even a spot in the box for the parts they showed shipped. Incredibly cheap plastic. Never plugged it in as it was that cheap feeling. The parts that were in there didn't even fit the head unit. Returning immediately. Glad I got this on sale, because I spent $95 on a piece of junk!!! Do NOT buy this vacuum cleaner. My little hand held vacuum picks up more dirt, dust, dog and cat hair than this vacuum. I'll be donating it to a charity as soon as possible.
