    • Vacuum battery does not hold a charge
I have only use this a handful of times since I purchased it and the battery does not hold a charge. It works for less than 15 seconds and flashes red indicating the battery is dead after a full charge! This product is garbage and unfortunately I learned that too late after the return window was up. Don't waste your time or money on this product. I should have gone with my instincts and returned it when I noticed a flaw in the design where debris gets caught around the filter due to the very tiny amount of space the container allows for dirt to move from the hose past the filter and into the container. Every time I've used it I have to take a small object to get debris out of the container or take the whole vacuum apart. If I could give this zero stars I would! ... show more

When I bought this vacuum two weeks ago, it only had a couple reviews and they were all really good! Now I’ve come back to the listing and there are a number of other bad reviews, so I’m glad I’m not the only one that’s had a horrible experience. I’ve used this vacuum a total of 3 times over the span of 2 weeks. It works okay on hard wood floors, but don’t even think about using it on carpet or on any collections of dust or hair. The last time I tried to use it, I charged the battery pack and put it back on the vacuum, but now it keeps blinking a blue light and won’t turn on. I cleaned out the canister, made sure there was no hair stuck in the spinner portion, and reassembled it back together. Still won’t turn on. It is insane for a $130 vacuum to barely work in the first place and then only work 3 times before breaking!! Do not buy!! ... show more

    • Vacuum time not enough for a 1 bed apartment.
When I bought this vacuum, it had a tons of good reviews, but suddenly it has only a bunch of bad reviews. I've been using the product for a few weeks and the worst of it is that the battery only last a few minutes and it's not enough for a small apartment I don't want to imagine how it is for a full house. It's functionality is just fine but my pet's hair gets stuck in the head of the vacuum reducing sunction power. I regret buying this product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Nimble - 90 degrees turns with light hand movements. Easy to maneuver, Easy to clean. Light and powerful. I can't believe people spend hundreds more on brand names, well I used to do it too :)

    • No Longer Works After 2 Months
I’ve only had this vacuum for 2 months and the battery is already fried. So disappointed in this product, when I purchased the reviews seemed positive but now it looks like everyone is having the same issue.

    • Light and Broom not working
Not sure why this item had tons of reviews but I just received a new item today and it’s been awful. Everything fits with each other but removing each piece is difficult . You need a good tug before it comes off. Compartment potion is difficult to fully remove. Time to vacuum is short. Light was not working and does not pick up particles well and it’s difficult to get all the hair and thread off the brush. Overall not happy.     • Don’t waste your money
This vacuum worked fine for my small less than 900 square foot apartment. Suddenly without any indication of failure, the item quit charging. It’s not even 6 months old. Bought it at the end of January and it stopped working the first week of July. Of course the product support window is closed.

I’ve had this vacuum for three months and it no longer works. It sounds like it’s working but it doesn’t actually collect the dirt / hair into the upper chamber. Very disappointed.
