Past pull shades have been a pain to control the up and down motion but this one is make so the you control all of the up and down motion with ease of the lower tab. We have double doors with blinds in them in our bedroom. They're lovely except for the fact that our neighbor has a security light that shines toward them at night. These shades solved that issue wonderfully! They were so easy to install & look great! We just marked the holes where we wanted the brackets, screwed them in, & popped the shades in place. I love the valance that covers the shade! The shades roll down smoothly & stay in place. Then, they roll back up smoothly. The last of the 5 photos shows how the shades do with the blinds open in the middle of the day. They do a great job! Ours let a bit of light in because the trim on the window keeps them from sitting flush. I totally recommend these shades!! ... show more

From someone who has barely hung a picture, these shades were so easy to install! My husband works nights and it blocks the sun well enough. They fit well and look nice! My toddler has tested its durability by pulling, trying to open it and so far so good!

I ordered these and yes they are very incredible shades, but my dog tore the package open before I could get it. and in the process I lost the mounting brackets, I called the company (using the phone number on the Sunoff website)and got some Indian who claims he has nothing to do with the company , that its Amazons problem . so enclosed is a copy of the company I tried to contact and the phone number that this guy was on. guess I'll have to figure it out myself ,also note what it says on the company website about customer service . ... show more
