Reviewed Item: LooPoP Tie Up Valance for Windows Nautical Coastal Ocean Coral Curtains Valances Retail Price: $15.99 My Purchase Price: $0.00 Review Date: 10/29/23 I am doing a bathroom coastal / beachy and was excited to to FINALLY find a valance that would fit the bill to go over a set of heirloom made curtains by my husband's great grandmother as a gift for us. However, after installing the rod and the curtain, there are tie ups that create the scallops. In the photo, you can see them - barely. Reality is far different. There is no way for one to match the print from the curtain to the tie up. It them becomes extremely distracting and in all honesty - quite fugly. The valance went to the trash. It just didn't look right. So, now I have an empty rod over the heirloom curtains waiting for a solid colored valance or a print that doesn't have silky tie ups to create the scallops detracting from what could have been a very outcome. Due to poor execution of design, I'm awarding two out of five stars. Full Disclosure: This review is based on my personal and unbiased opinion.
