I install this 36,000 BTU unit in my 30x40 insulated shop. Installation was very straightforward and not difficult but I am a trained professional. Simplistic unit, directions could be a little more clear on some things for certain regarding specifically just the controller wiring but it was simple enough. It was 95°, when I first put this together down here in South Carolina and it kept my shop in a comfortable 72 and honestly I think it would have pulled it much lower. Worth every penny just make certain you understand that you are going to have to have a license and insured business install it in order to uphold the warranty and if you're going to do it yourself really outside of a tubing Bender, a hole saw, and basic hand tools you just need to make certain you have yourself a good vacuum pump ... show more

Good overall unit, although shipping was longer than expected. Install this 3 ton unit in my shop which is a little over 1500sq ft, insulated. Unfortunately I'm gonna need to buy another unit. It's not reaching its set point on these hot summer days

This was easy to install. Amazing cooling ability and near silent operation. Inside and outside items are almost imperceptible while on. Highly recommend.
