It is simply beautiful! 1/- The packing was 1st class - Top, bottom, sides and in particular all corners extremely well protected and at the same time very easy to unpack and eventually to roll out for garbage collection. 2/- This freezer is very well finished and could be taken for a regular piece of furniture in any sitting room! It is both elegant and sober. 3/- To be noted, its electric wire to be plugged is bottom right as you look at it and not terribly long but adequate. 4/- Finally it took a relatively short time for it to be up and ready to receive my shopping: the bottom offers 2 different levels (like a step) but the beauties are those 4 separated removable baskets ready to receive so many different types of goodies ready to be grabbed in an instant. Just got this item a week ago. So far I'm loving it. It came with no damage whatsoever. I waited 24 hours before plugging it up. Then waited an additional 4 hours after that leaving it at setting 4 before adjusting the dial as recommended in the manual. It keeps everything nice and frozen. First thing was it was left at the end of the driveway and it was obvious that the box was torn apart. After we unboxed it we noticed all the damage. We accepted over paying for a very small freezer because we were desperate but the damage was unacceptable.

Edit: I was refunded for the freezer very quickly ☺️ but had to buy one from Walmart instead for $169🙌 and it works wonderfully It's a nice looking freezer but it doesn't work I received it on Monday and finally took it out the box the very next day which was Tuesday and it is now day 3 of it being plugged in and it isn't getting cold I put a cup of water in it and the water is room temperature 😡 $309 for a freezer that doesn't work and it isn't damaged anywhere at all ... show more

This was my second attempt to purchase a freezer. From a different seller, the freezer never arrived. (due to shipping problems). From this seller, it arrived within the time frame indicated by the seller. It arrived in perfect condition. It was well packaged, no dents, scratches, etc. I followed the instructions - before plugging it in, I allowed it to rest in its new environment for a minimum of 4 hours (I let mine set overnight). I then plugged it in. I put a bottle of water in it to determine its freezing - it was frozen on the almost highest setting within 3 hours. I gradually transferred food into the freezer from my other freezer. THIS FREEZER HOLDS MORE THAN YOU THINK IT WILL - I emptied 3 shelves on my side by side refridg into this freezer and I still have room to add more food. I have had it a week, no problems whatsoever. I have also turned it down to just a tad higher than the middle setting - it is still freezing well. It does have the usual "hum" of a freezer, but that is to be expected. It also quietly "gurgles" but that is explained in the instructions as the coolant travels through the coils. I am very happy with my purchase so far.
