This little thing is a great addition to my laundry room. We have more wall space than cabinets. Not to mention I don't have to reach above the washer and risk spilling the container of beads if the top isn't on correctly. It's where my kids can reach it as well. The media could not be loaded. Love this for my laundry smell salts! Is it necessary no since the salts come in a container already. Still I like how it's that much quicker and easier when doing laundry. I recommend if you have the space.

The dispenser has worked great! Just a couple downfalls. You cannot use the crystals in it, the dispenser has a hard time shutting itself with those. It also seems that the beads tend to stick to the sides and have created quite a bit of build up that seems to have eaten at the plastic on the interior of the container. The media could not be loaded. The concept is great, but it was not executed well because this is just does not work properly. I used the divider that came with this to put powdered oxyclean on one side and powdered borax on the other however the divider isn’t the best and the two powders get mixed together a bit which I don’t really mind. However, I left this unused for one week (sealed with the lid) and when I used the dispenser button nothing came out. I tried shaking the powder but that didn’t work, it seems like the powder clumped up in some areas even though it was completely dry, and this is preventing it from dispensing. I took the lid off and got rid of the clumps with a stick, but the same thing happened again after just a few hours. I tried shaking up the product and that just made a mess. It’s honestly so messy and I regret purchasing. After I stop pressing the button some powder keeps coming out leaving a mess behind so I make sure to always leave the cups under the dispenser. There are times when I press the button and a good amount of powder comes out continuously, but for the most part only a little bit of powder comes out at a time. ... show more

This is a nice gesture but it is not worth buying! When I received it, the cups were missing & when I tried to send it back it was a no return item with no refund! Go figure!
