  • Worth the Money
Size: 47 inch
This seems to be a good dog crate so far, plus it's big. My 90-pound female Rottweiler loves it, much more so than her previous crate made out of some kind of plastic with a flimsy metal grate door. She can see out of this crate all around. Right now, the only thing that *might* be cause for concern are the locks on the door. They are pretty flimsy, but may be adequate. And part of the locks do have a sharp edge, so a big dog chewing at them could cut their mouth. Also, this crate really doesn't have two doors. It has the one door on the side/front, and the top of the crate opens up, but isn't really a "door". I mean, you aren't going to be lifting a 90-pound dog up high enough to put them in the crate from the top, now are you? My dog goes into her crate when she wants and exits it when she wants. She's locked in only when I leave the house. This *is* a heavy duty crate, and it's heavy in its carton when delivered. You might need some help getting it from your front door to wherever it's going to end up. It's nice to have the thing on wheels, easy to move around to clean around it. All in all, I'm satisfied with this crate. I'll probably buy another one for my other Rottweiler. Oh, one more thing. The four bolts holding the crate together? I installed them with the threads facing outwards, so there won't be anything sharp protruding inside the crate that my dog could hurt herself with. ... show more

  • There's one major flaw
Size: 37 inch
In the instructions it clearly states that the top latches will not line up so you would have to loosen the screws to line it up. I couldn't get it to without completely unscrewing the screws. However I already knew my husky could bust through the latches anyway so I was going to use actual locks anyway. Despite that im very satisfied with how indestructible the material is and how thick the metal cage is. Once I lock the top hatch and the door there's no hope for my dog to escape or chew on the cage because it's so thick. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the latch issue but otherwise it's great. ... show more

  • Super Max Jail for Dogs
Size: 47 inch
This thing seems like it will take a beating from our big dog and survive. She tears up the wire cages so we upgraded to this. The bars are super heavy duty. They’re square tubing instead of round so it will be harder to bend. It comes with wheels which are needed because this thing is HEAVY. It folds into itself for transport but I would get something else if you’re planning on taking it with you on a regular basis. My only complaints so far is that the welds could be better and the bottom grate could be sturdier. It rests on only four small tabs which aren’t very thick. Not sure how long they will last. It would have been better to have a metal runner all the way across each side. Overall, it seems like a good cage with plenty of room for large dogs if you need something stronger than a regular wire cage. For reference, the dog in the photo is 60 lbs. It’s not the cheapest but it looked stronger than similar priced ones when we got it. ... show more

  • Perfect for my Rambuctious Puppy!
Size: 47 inch
I would highly recommend these dog crates. It is easy to put together (although you really need 2 people as it is heavy) and very sturdy. My 55+ lb puppies love their crates. I like that is has locking wheels and a tray underneath to catch anything that falls through the floor.

  • Sturdy with some design flaws, not for anxious dogs
Size: 47 inch
Just came in today! My 80lb dog destroyed his wire crate so we will see how this one holds up. Assembly was relatively easy done by myself, but it is quite heavy. One of the wheels does not lock. Other than that my only concern with this crate is the bolts used to put it together stick out from the frame slightly. I just turned them around so he doesn’t get hurt in the crate. Update: he is able to bite through the metal bars. A dog who is smaller would likely be fine. I have heard stories of dogs getting their jaws stuck by biting the bars as he apparently has. This is a good sturdy crate for an escape artist who just pushes the crate with their paws but not for the chewers! ... show more

  • Worth the money - love this kennel!
Size: 47 inch
I ordered this large kennel for my senior dog that's having issues with separation anxiety. It's very sturdy, super easy to assemble and doesn't feel as restrictive as other kennels. It is heavy though - 2 person lift. Large enough to fit her orthopedic bed inside with room to spare. The latches on the door could be a bit stronger but no issues with my dog escaping so far. Didn't utilize the wheels as not planning on moving. For reference my dog weighs 52lbs. ... show more

  • Heavy Crate!
Size: 47 inch
I liked how easy this was to assemble. Although I did pull the wrong piece out of the bottom first so I didn’t have the piece with the locks and had to swap the top and bottom out to fix it. I wish the locks themselves were a little more substantial, we have not had any issues with this crate. Overall would recommend if you have a pup that can escape a regular wire crate. ... show more
