The cables and the triceps rope alone are worth the cost. Nice strap-style single handles with excellent grip. Solid quality straight bar. Heavy-duty carabineers, chains, and surprisingly pulleys too. I think the pulley brackets are steel. I have a homemade wooden power rack, my top cross piece is a 2x4, and the mounting straps for the pulleys fit well around that. One thing to note is that these straps can slide pretty easily. I'm considering driving screws through the straps to eliminate that. ... show more

This home pulley system really is worth it for those looking for an alternative to gym memberships. These devices are portable, easy to use, and a convenient alternative to gyms. In short, it is a good purchase for my home gym. I receive my items only in 2 days, I am happy to receive my DIY fitness project. A cable pulley system is something that I have wanted to implement for a few months now. Getting this cable pulley system, which makes me extremely satisfied. With a professional quality for worth cost. As you can see, there are 3 cables, 2 pulleys, 2 extension trains, a pull bar, a tricep rope, a handle, a loading pin, a couple of carabiners, and the loading strap. I was pretty confident I could create a gym system of my own. It's very easy to set up and very versatile. I am leveraging my existing power rack in combination with the Olympic weights to complete this setup. I put almost 100lbs on the loading pin, and there is no problem with the capacity as it marked its max capacity at 350lbs. The length of cable can be adjusted for different exercises. The perfect design is the extension train. It can satisfy almost your workout, like tricep pushdown, high cable pulldown, chest fly, etc. ... show more

The Concho Cable Pulley System was very easy to setup. I set this up in my garage and it’s definitely proven to be a great alternative to a gym membership. It arrived like the next day after I ordered it. The quality of the product is professional, strong and robust, the attachments are just like the ones I used at the gym. It’s rated for up to 350lbs, but I’m nowhere near that strong. I comfortably put 155lbs on it’s going like a champ. The pulley system is very smooth so I have full confidence and trust in the product allowing me to focus on my reps. I can do a lot of the same workouts at home that I would do at the gym. I’ll still keep my membership for other activities like classes and basketball, but now I can get a good workout in at the house. No wasted travel to and from the gym to workout. This set has been truly instrumental in keeping me at my home gym way more than the neighborhood gym. I'm using it with a pull up cage. All the attachments are exactly what I need to use my olympic size plates with this cable set and get my pull downs and lat excersizes at home. All the attachments are incredibly helpful and I love having so many of them. The handles are very well made and I love the rubber texture that they put on the holds. The pullies and bearings seem very sturdy and able to lift much heavier loads than I'm willing to use them for. I would recommend this set with anyone that has a home gym with a cage or some safe mounting points. Excellent purchase, I kick myself for waiting so long to get it. ... show more
