    • Perfect starter tattoo kit
I ordered this kit about 3 months ago, and I am still using it to this day. I saw a lot of negative reviews on here so I wanted to put my word in, because I believe this is the perfect beginner tattoo equipment (at least for "at home" stuff). I have done 7 medium to small sized tattoos with this kit and the only thing I could complain about is the included ink. The black ink was very smooth and it stayed in the skin well, but most of the colored inks were clotted out of the box, almost like they weren't sealed very well, and dried out a bit. I've seen some people saying the power supply didn't last very long, but mine has held up even with me accidentally leaving it on 3 nights in a row. I did plug mine into a surge protector though, so that might be the way to go. Just in case your house wiring is too much for the thing to handle. Other than that though, I have definitely gotten more than the 40 something dollars I paid for the thing, and I even blew through all of my needles and tips and had to order more. Still the equipment is still running properly. One note though, I assumed this kit came with transfer paper. Mine did not, but came with a "tattoo practice sheet" which is basically a rubber cloth that doesn't hold ink at all, and if you practice getting ink into the thing and then go to skin, you are only going to hurt your canvas. I would recommend throwing that thing straight in the trash and if you need practice, look somewhere else for a more skin-like alternative. The machinery in this kit is perfect and well worth it, at least in the kit that was delivered to me, but you might look somewhere else for ink, and you might look somewhere else if you need some practice skin to work with before you go to the real thing. I am being as critical as I can of the kit that I got (it could be a permanent mark on your body), but I would absolutely recommend this kit to anyone asking where they could get a cheap, quality(for the money) tattoo kit. ... show more

    • If you just want a taste
This is a decent kit for anyone who wants to get just a small taste of what tattooing is the power supply is good for beginners the machines are ok for starting out but the kit contains no real information on how to actually tune the machines to do either lining or shading you only get 10 needle bars 5 liners and 5 shaders which at most can do 5 tattoos and the inks really only support 1-3 tattoos depending on if you need an outline and if that needs to be black the 5ml of black ink is only really enough to fill the ink caps 2.5 times and yes you do need to fill the ink caps almost full to use them right To sum up if you are looking for a simple kit to give you a quick taste of tattooing to see if it’s an art you want to peruse this kit is a good start and can easily be built upon by buying more needles and disposable tubes, gloves, green soap, and inks eventually the power supply will need to be upgraded and maybe upgrade the machines with the cartridge grip adapters or getting new machines but starting out this is an alright kit at a very good price ... show more

For how cheap this kit is, it's REALLY good. Came with literally everything. Power supply and pedal work great. I haven't tried the color inks it came with but the black works decently well, it's just super thin which I don't prefer. Other than that this kit is amazing for how cheap it is!

So I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews about this kit which made me nervous. But I’ve used it to do around 5 simple tattoos now and I’m VERY satisfied. It did take a bit of tuning for the shader but it’s well worth it. My power supply hasn’t been acting up at all, everything was there, nothing missing! The practice skin is pretty low quality but enables you to get a good feel for it. Also it’s great practice for learning how deep you’re suppose to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ... show more
