I really liked the ability to change the direction of the door and I like the way it distributes the freezing effect. Unfortunately it simply gave up the ghost costing my hundreds in meat I had stocked inside. I ordered it in April of this year but didn't end up plugging it in until near the end of May (I just didn't need it yet). It's now July 2nd and after barely a month of operation I come in to find a horror scene of blood running across the floor. I open up the freezer to see hundreds of dollars in meat totally thawed and nearing room temperature. I have nowhere else to put it even if I was sure it was still good. I can't afford this, I buy in bulk specifically so I can afford it. To have all that bulk wasted is a huge hit to the wallet. This is my first one star review. The freezer couldn't freeze for a month. I confirmed it's not a problem with the outlet or the breaker and it's not like something could bump into it or anything like that down in my basement, it just couldn't do the bare minimum for a freezer (stay cold). ... show more

Delivered with a dent in the side. Also, description of product states it can be used in a garage - however - the manual states it cannot be used below 55 degrees. We live in Michigan temps in the winter get well below that - I wanted a freezer for our garage to replace our chest freezer, but will have to move this inside. product description should be better. ... show more

Freezer works, but it arrived with a big dent in it and the side of the box was taped so they clearly knew there was a problem but shipped it anyway.
