The good: lots of space, VERY cold, looks sharp. The meh: watch out for that frost collection on the top! makes a "wheeeeeesssh" sound when you close it as the air inside contracts. Kind of weird at first, then rather reassuring. The what?: shelves are flat and your food could fall out if not placed securely on them! A little lip at the front would have been a nice touch to prevent this. The come on!: NO INTERIOR LIGHT.. BUT if you have a small battery LED (round stick-up type) you can keep it in there and just press the button to get some light in there. At least that's what I did. And yes, even the frozen batteries still work. who knew? It's not going to stick anywhere, just have it on a shelf. You can be more creative, but no interior lights just seems like a big oversight. pardon the pun. ... show more

    • Compact but wonderful
So happy with this freezer. It doesn't take up a ton of space but has enough space for about a months worth of frozen items for my family of 5 which is perfect. It is very quiet it came right on time and was super easy to get going and it got cold very quickly.

If you're looking for a small upright freezer this is the perfect size for 2 ppl this is just the right size. Just note that this is not a frost-free freezer so it frosts up fast. We keep it on 1 which keeps everything very frozen and helps with ice build-up. I have to say this freezer vacuum seals every time you close it which is a real cost-saving, but make sure you get everything you need when it opens as it's hard to open once it seals. I love this freezer perfect for us. ... show more

Seems to be a good deal and keeps temp constant. I have it in the basement tho so the temp is very consistent down there on the cooler side. Shelves are nice size, compact but hold several packs of sausage. I also have a couple of 6# turkey breasts in there on a shelf and they fit fine. The only issue is the door opens with depressed slots as handles on the top of the door and I always tip the unit when I try to open so it takes two hands to steady and open. Not a big deal but if that type of thing would annoy you, you e been warned ... show more

It gets a little too cold even on the warmest setting. Everything is DEFINITELY frozen, so that’s good- but freezer burn is definitely something you’d want to watch out for. I keep mine in a laundry room, so it isn’t really seen by company or anything- but it has several dents as other people said theirs did too. If that would bother you, I wouldn’t get this. The media could not be loaded. They handled it nicely no dents and its huge! I got the 5.0 cube in blk and it's so worth it. This is a really good deal esp since I just needed more space for meat and breast milk.
