Now I can get a massage in my office and with heat too!! CHAIR I USE: I am using the massager on a Lay-Z Boy office chair, from Staples. A big, thick office chair. It fits NO PROBLEM. And my chair is HUGE!! PROS; fits most any chaIr, GAMING CHAIRS WILL WORK, BUT MAY FIT WEIRD. THIS IS FOR A REGULAR CHAIR, NOT A SUPER HIGH BACK CHAIR BUT WILL STILL WORK. ONE IMPORTANT THInG YOU MUST CONSIDER: this massager pad will reduce the size of your chair, because it is taking up space in your chair, so if you are putting this on a small chair, you may feel that he pad takes up too much room. I use on a massive sized office chair. A chair for big and tall folks would be the best for this pad, it would make it the most efficient. Runs well, has heat, not too hard massage, intensity settings, feels really nice. Circular massage, feels like hands, great value. Perfect for old folks with bad backs who sit in a chair all day. Got this as a gift to fit on my husband’s office chair. It’s very comfy and easy to use. I like that there are different intensity settings. I think the massage is pretty good for a chair pad, especially on the higher setting. My only criticism is that 1. The heat isn’t that warm and 2. The massage around the shoulders and mid back is great but the higher and lower parts dont work as good. ... show more

I am recovering from neck surgery and have been having a lot of muscle spasms in my shoulders, upper back, and mid back. I have particularly been having muscle pain and tightness under my shoulder blades. The kneading massage nodes have been able to work out a lot of the knots in my muscles, resulting in me requiring less meds for pain and getting some great relief. It has its moments. I won't lie. But the main problem is that it doesn't really fit in an OFFICE chair well, which is what I needed it for. When off, you are sitting on hard, unmoving lumps. Maybe there's a way to fix that, but I couldn't find it. It is deeply uncomfortable. When on, it can be very nice, but because office chairs aren't really the intended design, it doesn't quite line up correctly. This thing is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It does exactly what it says and more. First, the massage is very comfortable. I used it on the low setting, so I can only imagine what it feels like on the higher one. It gets to all of the achy areas in my chronically painful back. It also heats my seat and vibrates. The massage almost feels like human hands--so it does not feel like metal poking you. Finally, and I saved the best for last, it has a feature that allows you to concentrate the massage on one specific area!!!!!!! OMG. I could not believe how good it felt. This thing is life changing, and is going to save me an awful lot of money--as we have been paying $150 a pop to get massages. I got mine on sale for around $70. I am so happy right now.
