I've really been overdoing it at work, and had a variety of aches and pains, so I decided to order this for myself to see if it would help. I got a lot more than I expected! It's so relaxing, and the heat feature is very soothing. The first day or 2, it left my back a little sore, but it was just correcting a lot of back problems that had built up. The more I use it now, the more I look forward to it. The arm massage feels so nice, and the foot rollers really help sore achy feet. I love to use the zero gravity feature while I'm getting massages too! I could tell almost immediately that I'm sleeping better, and although I did NOT expect it, I honestly can tell I feel calmer during the days. It's marvelous for stress reduction, and so convenient to come home from work and use it to relax, or get a nice massage just before bed. Delivery and set up was somewhat easy. It has basic functionality. The rollers will not reach to the neck area if you are over 5"10. I am 6 ft and the rollers hit my crack all the way to where my shoulders and neck meet. There are no rollers in the buttock area, just mild inflation that you can hardly feel. The shoulder and hand/arm compression are strong and work well. The Bluetooth speakers are good for meditation music but if you want to listen to songs use your ear buds. The heating function is sub par but you can feel it. The head rest is almost non existent. I put a small pillow behind my head to take the tension off my neck when in the zero gravity position. I will say the price is good for what you get. My wife was pissed when she came home and seen it. She wasn't so upset after she used it amd said it was one of my better purchases. I did get the 2 year extension on the warranty to make sure I get my moneys worth. I have used it 12 times and feel relaxed when Im done. Assembly tip: Plug in and turn on the chair so the lift goes down before installing leg portion of the chair. I fought with it for 20 minutes trying to put the nuts and bolts on while fighting to keep the leather velcrow portion of the chair out of the way and keep it stable. ... show more

Just received today. Assembly: pretty straight forward and simple. 2 bolts, a couple of electric snap connects and a couple of tube connects. Took about 20 minutes with taking my time. Construction: looks well made and durable. Feels sturdy. Functionality: very nice massage, adequate stereo speakers, mild heat (it works but it’s not very intense) and the zero gravity recline is pretty nice as well. The default programs are perfect. I was so excited to find a massage recliner with a reasonable price. I was hoping to even get a second one for my office but when it arrived I was very disappointed. It has no strength compared to any other massage recliner I’ve used. I hope it will be easy to return

I purchased the Comfier massage chair for my husband for his 50th birthday. He's always jumps in them when we're at the mall and has always said how he would love to have one at home. Wish granted. It was fairly easy to set up. And I will say that we both use it almost daily. The different massage options are great. We can blue tooth into our Spotify list. It has a heat option to keep the chill off. And the zero gravity feature really lets you feel weightless as the rollers massage your back and shoulders. My only negatives were the remote has a lot of options (which is great) but I don't love how they are arranged, and I wish it could get my neck a little better. Great purchase. ... show more

    • Apparently there is no assembly included, and delivery is only to the front door.
We ordered this on-line from our local furniture store, or so we thought. Delivery by Amazon was just to the front hallway, so we had to mussel it up to our 2nd floor. The "instruction manual" is very poorly written, and incomplete. The diagrams for attachment of moving parts, such as bolts in joints of moving parts, required guesswork. Some parts are loose (movable) with no guidance for positioning. Once assembled and turned on, many of the roller balls are painful and require an extra layer of clothing to lessen the pain. I'm learning to get used to it. It has a recline selection, but that is only while it is operating. Once it finishes that part of the routine, it comes back to the upright position. ... show more
