Instructions are vague, rubber black things get pushed in the hole. The pressure was so high, i feel violated. The pressure setting do not make a difference. There is no "spraying" function just 1 powerful stream shooting up your bum. The child mode is no better just cold. The dryer is not warm and I was still soaked after the drying session needing to use more TP than i would have just to dry. The seat warmer is good but too much $ for just a seat warmer. So far, so good. This toilet seat was pretty simple to install, had electricity done myself in about an hour (dropped straight down from light switch) and installed the seat in about 20 mins… my 11 year old saw this and held in his boom boom until I could finish the install so he could be the first to try it out. Water temp seems good, not too hot or cold. Seat temp can get a little warm on the highest setting. Bidet part has 3 different pressure setting. Low for very gentle, medium (most will use) and high. High pressure is a full blown enema…. Be prepared…. It also takes just a little wiggling to get proper alignment…. Overall very happy with the product. Full Autoclean rear takes about 3 mins to finish your business. Wife has not used the frontal lobe yet but assume it’s pretty similar to the back. One star off for seat mounting hardware appears a little flimsy and I have ordered a sturdier set, and air dryer blows ok but you still have to use a decent amount of paper for drying… this might get better with more use. ... show more

I am having yet another surgery next week that will affect my ability to reach out very far with both my arms, so I decided to finally pull the trigger and get one of these. I never liked the idea of a bidet with cold water which is why I didn't get one years ago, but recently I installed power near the toilet for my electric toothbrush and waterpik. I chose this bidet instead of similar ones because of the appearance (my bathroom is black and white) as well as Amazon offering me $100 off (I noticed as soon as I bought it the discount dropped to only $60 off). I have an elongated toilet. First of all, a warning if you are going to install this yourself as I did, and this has NOTHING to do with the product...I found it extremely difficult to unscrew the water line from the underside of the tank, whoever installed it WAY over tightened it and I was unable to keep a good grip on the float valve from above to keep it from turning, and I ended up rotating the float valve and breaking the arm off against the side of the tank before I got it apart. Only a $9 replacement at a hardware store (I noticed it came with an extra arm but hopefully there isn't a next time!). This was the only difficult part of the install. The bidet comes with some plumber's tape and I ordinarily love to use that on all fittings but the manual specifies NOT to use plumber's tape(?) so I did not use it, but it does not leak so that's fine. (It also says not to use a wrench when installing the T fitting but nope to that, I used one.) I cut the provided water line that goes from the T fitting to the bidet down, and I hope not too short in case I ever have to remove the bidet for any reason. Sitting on the bidet is different from my regular toilet seat. You end up sitting very forward because of the raised part in the back (I wish the whole thing was a bit longer, I have plenty of room between the bowl and tank, I actually have the bidet mounted as far forward as it can be and I definitely cannot move it back any without the front lip sticking out). I lost 100 pounds a decade ago and I'm quite sure if I were still large I wouldn't exactly fit on this thing. And I assume if I had a round toilet it would be even worse. But I'm happy with it, and so glad I get warm water. I like the features, I'm a lady and I wish the Lady Wash would go father forward, I tried adjusting the nozzle with the remote but it didn't really help. I have done a test wipe after the clean/dry after going #2 and the paper was clean, it really works! I haven't tried Defecation Mode yet but I have constipation issues sometimes so I look forward to trying it. The drying is great. The seat warmer would probably be more welcome in the winter, it's getting hot here now. There is an "Auto" feature that automatically goes through a rear wash and then a dry but both cycles take longer than I'd like so I will just do each manually, which is a shame because just hitting one button would be better. Too bad you can't program it, but despite this being called a "smart" bidet it's not like there's an app or anything, just the remote. As for the light, it doesn't turn on only when the lid is up and is on all the time. Not being a guy I have just switched it off, but only turning on when the lid is lifted would have been better. I have it in "power save" mode or whatever it's called but I have no idea what that does, the seat will already be fully warm when I sit so it's not shutting down after a while or anything. I am torn on if I want to turn it off completely between uses. The water seems to warm up fairly quickly after being turned on so I might do that. When it is performing a wash/dry one of my bathroom's lightbulbs flashes a little so I guess it draws a lot of power, so I'm inclined to want to shut if off entirely between uses. ... show more

Similar to bidets that are common in Japan. I thought I bought a dud at first, the water temperature light kept flashing for hours and hours at first and wasn’t heating because water wasn’t getting into the reservoir. The company said it would work within 24 hours, which I was very skeptical of but it does work great now. Upon reading questions and answers of this product when it wasn’t working, I was afraid I’d be sending it back, but after three or four hours the reservoir did fill and heat. The look of the wall mount remote is what sold me on this versus other models at a similar price point, it looks clean and intentional. Bidet works great and is constantly warm and ready. Installation was a bit confusing, and I consider myself pretty handy. Instructions don’t make clear that the rubber gaskets you screw into need to be shoved through the whole, it almost seems to imply that screwing them in will make it happen but this is not the case. Regardless, if you’re halfway handy and smart you will probably be able to figure it out. ... show more

Update customer service promptly gave me a refund for this purchase. For this reason I will change my rating for their fast help in this mater of the bidet not working. Instillation was not hard but after several tries the seat would not power on. We tried all suggested troubleshooting provided and still no power. Very disappointed in the purchase. ... show more
