I have another brand washlet that I've been using for 15 years or so. These bidet toilet seats really are a slice of heaven compared to old-fashioned paper. The good: tankless water heating, stainless steel cleaning wand, night light. What could be improved: Side-mount controls (separate remote control is better), inconsistent operation of controls, more pressure and temperature settings. The air-drying function on this unit (or my old one) is typically not worth the time. It is probably best used by someone with limited mobility. Where these units really shine are those unfortunate times when you are suffering food poisoning or a flu bug and it seem like you spend half the day on the throne. With paper cleaning things get pretty raw back there is short order. Water jet cleaning mostly eliminates this misery. ... show more

Ordered this in July, placed in a guest bathroom that gets very little use. Now it's Nov. and three lid is no longer attaching to the seat. Gentle cleaning and wipe down with cleaning wipes results in parts of the plastic connectors literally disintegrating into crumbled pieces. Almost as if the plastic has weak spots anything the plastic. I'm no chemist but it is obviously something not right with this. We have another from a different brand in a main bathroom that we purchased at the same time and have no problems with it when cleaning our use. Outside the return window for Amazon, no way to get in touch with seller, meant 200 bucks down the drain. If looking to purchase, strongly recommend going with a different brand. ... show more

    • Not as nice as my Toto but it's also a fraction of the price
This Combier Bidet toilet was ok to install. The quality is not on par with Toto but it is also more affordable so you do get what you pay for. I appreciate that there's a night light, but even though this is an elongated seat, I feel like with the bidet portion, it has made the seat smaller. I am also wider on the bottom with thick thighs and don't like that the controls are attached to the side of the bidet. My right thigh is up against it. I wish that there was a separate floating remote controller that can be mounted somewhere. When I use the bidet and press the button, there is also a few seconds delay before it'll start up. What works well the most would be the seat warming function. The water pressure even on the lowest setting for a feminine wash is still too harsh for me and I can't adjust it any lower. ... show more

    • Works great BUT the instructions were wrong
The instructions were backwards for the drawing of the mounting clips. I wasted an hour and a half trying to attach the mounting clips with the edges up as shown in the directions and it would not attach. Once I removed the clips and flipped them over it attached on the first try. Boy was I mad. Also, the drawing shows a release button labeled C4 but no one is able to find it.
