It's made with waterproof fabric, filled with cozy 550-fill down, has removable faux-fur trim, and a 2-way front zipper for easy movement. The 550 fill power down insulation is RDS certified and is shielded with a waterproof outer shell. It features a removable and adjustable parka-style hood, zippered side pockets, plus an interior security pocket. The interior lining taps our exclusive thermal reflective silver dot technology, engineered to retain natural body heat, increasing warmth while keeping weight down. Rounding it all out, the adjustable cuffs and adjustable drawcord hem lock out the cold. This winter jacket is available in many accommodating colors and sizes. Available in extended sizing. Active and Regular Fit. To ensure the size you choose is right, utilize our sizing chart and the following measurement instructions: For the sleeves, start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the sleeve. If you come up with a partial number, round up to the next even number. For the chest, measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.

This jacket is SO warm. I have a bigger booty and always have trouble finding a cost that will zip and still be roomy. This coat is so flattering and warm! The only thing I didn’t care for was the fur on the hood looks cheap and is kinda weird. I just took it off and I still love the coats looks without it. I do a lot of work outside and needed a jacket that’s warm enough for ohio winters yet still professional. For delivered today just as our first snow storm hit. I live in Colorado and have always struggled with warmth in the winter. I could never find a jacket warm enough!! With last year's snowmageddon storm, I decided that this year I would splurge a little to find them the best and warmest jackets. I needed waterproof and incredibly warm jackets. I spent hours researching and this jacket came up on my list. I received the jacket and wanted to wait until the first snow to write a review. Upon first glance, I was impressed with the quality of the jacket but skeptical over the lightweight nature of the item. How could a winter coat on the lighter end keep me warm? The style of the jacket is quite fashionable and will undoubtedly go with all occasions. Today we had our first winter storm. Working graveyard at a hospital, I left work to go home early in the am in 17 degree weather with crazy winds. I no longer have concerns if this lighter jacket will keep me warm. I became chilly, but never became cold. The longer I wore the jacket, the warmer it became. The pockets are warm enough and kept my hands warm without gloves. The hood keeps in heat to make the jacket comprehensive in it's warming effects and is ADORABLE! I love the reflective omni-heat feature and the omni tech aspect. Though this the most I have ever spent on a jacket, I will never buy anything else than Columbia with the omni-heat and omni-tech features. It was money well spent! So let’s start off by saying was skeptical of buying this. But I did it, and WOOOOOO baby am I glad I did. Alaska winters are no joke, we are talking endless snow and -40F. This jacket kept me warm! I ordered a size up, put a hoodie or sweater under, because we all know layers are the key especially in Alaska….and I was warm. I did out door activities, I went on walks, I let me dogs out, etc etc, and it did not let me down. Even on the coldest of nights, I was perfectly fine. I stood outside for over an hour staring at the Aurora Borealis with this jacket on and i didn’t feel cold at all. I have not washed it yet so I don’t know how that will go, but I expect it to be fine. 100% recommend this jacket, this not the sexiest but let’s be real, who cares when it’s -40F or -30F!!!!!! ... show more

I live in MN and it’s below zero this week. While I’m not outside for long, I’m very happy with this jacket. I wish it had some bigger pockets as I can’t really shove my hat and heavy duty mittens in like I could my old jacket. But this has a more feminine look to it. Mainly I just wanted a warm jacket, slightly longer style, and not super expensive. This fit the bill. I do love the sleeves!! While I don’t use the finger hole to pull it up, the tight fit at my hands keep the wind out and are cozy warm! This does fit a little tighter zippering up than I’m used to and the sleeves are kinda tight. I'm 135lbs and got the medium, but I don’t regret ordering this size. update: I ended up buying this jacket again after having it for 3 years when the zipper broke. While I was disappointed in the zipper and could have paid for a replacement, at 145lbs after having my 2nd child I wanted the large. The medium was still fully functional but a large will make it easier to wear a thicker sweatshirt underneath. I still love how warm this jacket is in below zero weather and wind. I received this jacket just in time for a 14 degree day and it is wonderful! Not too puffy, but the omniheat liner has kept me toasty! I love the thoughtful details in this jacket. The thumb holes inside the sleeve allow for seamless wind protection if you wear gloves, and they aren't too short so no digging into your thumb webbing. The cut and angle of the stitching is flattering to a woman's curves. The length on 5' 7'' me is just above the knee. Wore while driving comfortably, although I did get warm (not the jacket's fault). I also really love the hood!! The fur trim on the hood can be folded back for clear vision, folded forward for extreme protection from snow/wind, or removed completely if you're not feeling furry. I like that the coat is not shiny and has velcro closures the length of the zipper for quick on and off. Outside pockets are large (big enough for me to fit a hat in) and have a quality zipper.
