I can only speak for myself but ONE of the most annoying and irritating household chores I have is changing, washing, doing anything that involves our bed skirts. The mattresses fight me every step of the way and are so awkward, heavy and cumbersome. I ordered this in hopes it just might work and it worked beautifully. I love this bed skirt! It was easy to put on - it went over the top of the bed and was pulled down to the box spring, kind of like puling a headband onto your head. It fits on my king size bed, although I do highly recommend buying the twisty upholstery pins to keep it in place. Without the pins the corners kept popping off of the box spring, but with the pins it hasn't moved since I put it on. I did have to put the pins in a triangle shape around the corner to keep it in place, but since I did that it hasn't moved at all. I have a low profile bed, and the helpful part about this skirt is that I can pull it up to a good length easier than I did with a traditional bed skirt (and then having all that extra fabric under the bed). I recommend this, and I'd buy it again! If I'm in need of a bedskirt in the future, I'll be coming back to this one. ... show more

An easy-to-use elasticized dust ruffle for my bed! Now, when I tuck in my fitted sheet, the dust ruffle doesn't get tucked under with it! I love the color I chose... Hunter Green. It complements my bedspreads, and even the Christmas coverlet I recently purchased. It was very easy to put around the mattress/box spring, and there are elastic tabs to make it tighter or looser, if necessary. When I removed it from the packaging, it was terribly wrinkled, to be expected. But, I tossed it in my dryer with a damp towel, and when I took it out it looked like it had been carefully ironed! Love this bedskirt! Much easier to apply than a regular bedskirt! I bought the queen/king size for my king mattress and it works perfectly. I will be purchasing another for my daughter's bed! And the price is so affordable!!!

My wife is converting the Grey/Yellow bedroom theme to Grey/Pink. Time for a new bedskirt, she said. She picked this out because the color matched the quilt my mother made for her. It looks just like the photo, color and all. Really easy to put on since you don't have to remove the mattress. The only downside is that it sags slightly in the middle of the long sides of the bed. You will likely not see it when the bed is made, but if you have short covers that only go down to the box spring this may be an issue for you. We ended up tacking it in place with safety pins and it looks fine. Just keep that in mind when considering this item. ... show more

    • Great bed skirt in hard to find colors
Size: Queen/King Color: Green
I got 2 of these, for queen beds, so the Queen/King size. I needed a mist or seafoam green (slightly bluish green, with a slight pastel hint) and a lilac (light true purple without obvious red or blue tones) and had looked everywhere online and in local stores for them, finding only white, navy, dark grey, brown, cream, and occasionally a turquoise. These bed skirts are perfect! Color is great, it's a slightly shiny light-weight fabric (but solid enough to stay in place), and is very easy for one person to put on, since it goes around the box spring and not under the mattress. It did sag slightly along the longer sides. I didn't adjust (tighten) the elastic strap at the top because that just stresses it and wears the elastic out faster, so I don't know if that would have prevented the sagging. Instead, after trying several different types of tacks, I found what seems to be the perfect solution: colored, 1-inch interior panelling nails. These are tiny nails designed to be invisible when inserted. I didn't try to nail them into the box spring's wooden frame (too hard to do with the tiny nails), but because there is a slight thread around the nail's shaft it grabs into the box-spring fabric and holds firmly in place. I used brown nails that I already had, and despite having a light-colored bed skirt, you don't see them at all. ... show more

    • Best bedskirt I've ever had
I wasn't too sure this was what I wanted so I did hesitate in ordering it for some time. I am glad I finally ordered it. I think it is the neatest bedskirt I have ever had, and I've had quite a few. I like the fabric very much. It was almost wrinkle free but I did iron it. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to use two of the spiral pins to hold up the sides. I tried making the elastic around the top part smaller but I couldn't seem to get the right length. After I left the elastic as is I put the two small pins in the middle of both sides and it was perfect. The pins are small and my comforter hands over them so you don't even see them. I wish more bedskirts were made this way because not having to take the mattress off to put a bedskirt on is wonderful. When I'm ready to wash it it will be a breeze taking it off and putting it back on. Love that! ... show more
