I have a lot of these containers and I use them everywhere in the house. Two of these were put to use in my kitchen junk drawer (we all have one in the midwest, so if you move here, bring some junk with you) to keep small tools from rolling in the drawer. The other was put in my vanity table drawer to keep bobby pins and my metal claw clips in place. These trays are super handy in the garage, too. I always keep magnetic trays in my shop, because they help me not lose bolts and screws. The other trays that I own are smallish circular ones. I really like the design of these trays, both in look and in function. I like the fact that they are orange, because it makes them easier to find. And I like that they collapse so that they take up less space when you aren't using them. The bottom is silicone, so while they will stick on something like a fridge, I wouldn't keep anything in them while doing that, because they pop off without much force. The magnet part is also removable, it's the black part at the bottom with the company name on it. The only negative thing I'll say is that I wish the magnet was stronger. But, I like these trays and they will come in very handy around the shop. ... show more

These magnetic trays will come in handy. I love that they collapse down to a very small space and don’t take up much room in my tool bag. So far they really come in handy for projects with smaller screws. The magnets are powerful enough to keep the screws in place and it’s been quite helpful. However, they are not as helpful when it comes to heavier magnetic parts because the magnets are that flexible weak kind of fridge magnet material, and Allen wrenches and such heavier parts don’t stay in the tray as well as screws do. But as long as you use it for washers screws, and nuts they work very well, and the silicone appears strong and durable. Fantastic edition to my tool bag! ... show more

I have two sets of these from different vendors. The unbranded blue ones have stronger magnets by a little bit. Also the medium size orange one has the weakest magnet. It has trouble sticking to some surfaces. They tend work best on flat surfaces. Their strong suite is storage and space saving when not in use. I have them stored on the side of my work cart. They fit nicely on the side. I have some other sizes from this brand that are also pretty good too. So it's a close second. Still glad to have this set though. ... show more

This set is very useful, it has three different sizes. They fold down for better storage and are easy to clean. The magnetic bottom makes chores easier when needing to use nails or screws.

    • A little fiddly, but useful
I bought these for the bottom level of my metal toolbox, but they haven’t made it there yet. They’ve been great for organizing hardware when assembling furniture. The magnets keep the screws and other metal hardware in one place, with room to group together different sizes and parts. The trays nest to each other, but the magnetic pull between them is not as good. If you hold them upside down, they will come apart. ... show more

They not only hold onto my nails and screws but they stick to the fridge and deep freezers as well. They collapse down flat for easy storage. I keep the two largest ones in my husband's tool room where we also keep the deep freezers. They stick great to the deep freezers so we know exactly where they are at all times. I keep the smallest one on my fridge so that when I'm redecorating or assembling products that I've bought, I can quickly get to it to keep up with my screws. They also stick to the car and truck if we are doing any work on the vehicles. It's so handy. I may get a set for my dad for Father's day. Awesome! ... show more

I found these very handy and keep them in my toolbox/bag for use keeping small tools and parts on hand. Rather handy for this purpose. The magnets I found to be stronger on the inside (where parts, tools would be) and rather weak on the underside (where is would attach to a metal toolbox, etc.). The underside magnet is kind of the weak link. Even in my tool drawer with a very thing foam mat it barely holds. Dropping tools, nuts and bolts in it is far better. Bottom line is handy and keeping things in place and not bouncing all over the place but have the expectation this isn't something you are going to load up and then toss around the place. Not going to happen but as a handy organizer, yes. The collapsing is nice to to save on space vs molded or hard similar ones. Bonus for this. Overall if you go in knowing its simple and not a giant earth magnet that will hold the earths rotation back these are rather handy ... show more
