Description

Sea Foam Motor Treatment is a 100 percent pure petroleum product that safely and effectively cleans internal fuel and oil system components, helping your gasoline or diesel engine run cleaner and more efficiently. Sea Foam is an EPA-registered product, and will not harm engine components, seals, gaskets, catalytic converters or oxygen sensors. Liquefies gum and varnish deposits or internal engine contaminants, removing carbon deposits, freeing sticky valve lifters and rings, improving idle quality, pinging and hesitation problems. By using Sea Foam to eliminate varnish and carbon buildup, mechanics can more accurately diagnose mechanical problems that may exist. That is why Sea Foam has been so popular with professional mechanics for over 65 years. As a fuel system additive, Sea Foam will clean carburetors, fuel injectors, clean carbon, gum and varnish deposits, adds lubricity to fuel, stabilize fuel for 2 years and control moisture. As an oil system additive, Sea Foam controls moisture, gum, varnish and residue deposits.

  • Great product
This is some great stuff. It makes my truck run cleaner and gives it more power.

  • Very effective
Clean lightly dirty valves and any gunk . Specially intake manifold. I’ve also used this to clean pistons and internals components. Occasionally I add a whole bottle to the tank. I’ve notice that on BMW n54 it cleans but it causes the injectors to go out faster if they are index below 11. Not sure if it was bad luck or this product cleaned other components causing injector to get clogged or to malfunction . But those injectors are also known to die. Just want to put that out there in case . ... show more

  • Good stuff
I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla. The car started running rough and stalling out, would not idle for long. I saw this sea fome and read the reviews and bought 3 bottles pack. It arrived in 3 days. My car was full of gas about 16 gallons. I put 1 can of seafome in the gas tank. The next morning drove to work and noticed that the car was running better. It stopped stalling. I recommend this product. 10 out of 10 ... show more

  • Only product like it that I use
I bought an old boat years ago that had been sitting around on the previous owners land for several years. The outboard motor looked in great condition and cranked with very little work but sputtered quite a bit as an old motor sitting around would. One can of seafoam in the gas tank later and it ran as good as new. Been using this in every gas powered thing I own since with similar results. ... show more

  • SHOCKED! SHOCKED THAT IT WORKED
Okay, I am the worst curmudgeon when it comes to additives. Starting with my first car (1963 Valiant) I tried ALL the latest and greatest additives for a few years. NOTHING DID ANYTHING. So, I stopped trying anything. But, I got desperate about six months ago when my wife's car started burning oil. (1500 miles per quart) I read up. Decided to try one more time, expecting nothing. I followed instructions (added Sea Foam to oil for a couple hundred miles before oil change). The oil burning significantly improved. (now about 4500 miles per quart) I still don't really believe it. But, it kind of makes sense. High mileage car, carbon build up in oil rings, maybe it has a solvent quality that breaks up carbon deposits. Maybe... anyway, for now, I think it might have worked. It also worked with my son's lawn mower that would run for about ten seconds and stop. Poured a bunch in the gas. Started it about twenty times, each time it would run a bit longer, and eventually was running normally. Again, maybe solvent quality in Sea Foam broke down whatever was messing up the carburetor. I don't know. I remain a skeptic, but it seems to have worked in two things I tried. I've rebuilt carburetors in small engines about a dozen times in the last 50 years, always due to gunk in the tiny ports. Maybe I won't have to do that anymore. Maybe. ... show more

  • Used It for Years
A mechanic recommended it years ago. Our Toyota has 200,000 miles on it and going strong. We add it to every other Fill Up. Runs smooth, clean.
