    • Used/Damaged upon taking it out the box
Nope 👎🏾 Upon arrival, I noticed the box was in tack with a “new” piece of clear tape over the top. My first thoughts, well it must be a return and they have shipped it to me. Opened the box, took the lid off and there was pulp residue on the inside of the chute. The turning mechanism was all beat up, like it had been used. That’s exactly what it was “USED.” How can you retain business on such “great” juicing systems and they are sent out as wear and tear items? This was my second time receiving a used/damaged juicer from Canoly. I will not be purchasing this brand again. From the reviews this seemed to be a great juicer and I was looking forward to using it, but with residue and damage to it, it was a no go for me. I boxed it up and sent it back. Since I have had this machine I have made so much juice. All kinds. This machine is easy to use, fast and creates the best tasting juice. Great product! I have used it several times since it arrived in late January, less than a week after ordering. Instructions were clear, and after rinsing the parts, I started using them. Machine broke after 4 uses. Stopped all the time and can’t finish even a juice, tried a few times and now after the 4th time stopped and doesn’t work anymore! Not worth the money.

Experience/ comments re Juicer: 1. It has a small footprint on the precious counter, a big ++, because it is vertical profile compared to others that are horizontal. 2. Secondly, the input bin is big enough that the fruit & veggie mix can all be placed for a mixed juice, others have a narrow shute. 3. Does a great job with carrots & beets. 4.The juice and the pith receptacles are juxtaposed, so no mixing can happen versus other juicer where two receptacles are next to each other sequentially. 5.Easy to operate and clean. 5.
