This is a very lightweight moouse, it doesnt leave that crunchy crispy feeling on your hair like some other mousses. It smells like coconuts and the smell stays for a long time. I use it after i put hair curl gel in and i scrunch it into my hair, works really really well and it helps my waves/curls stay in tact/hold longer and better. An issue ive had with other mousses was that itd leave my hair looking greasy or overly shiny but with this mousse i didnt get that greasiness and it's the perfect amount of shine. Doesn't leave my hair very crunchy, but it does hold for a while. The smell is light and pleasant. My only complain is that by the end of the day, my hair felt very oily, as if I hadn't washed in 4-5 days. I am going to continue to use it but avoid applying it near my scalp or hairline.

A lot of people think 'higher price tag, better quality product', but I let the reviews speak for themselves when I decided to purchase this product, and I am so glad I did. Not only is this mousse super affordable, but it does an incredible job. If you couldn't tell from the photo, I have those curly kinky curls. However, for the past 5 years, I have had hair that has been about an inch long in length, so very short. I just got very tired of having elbow length curly hair. Unfortunately, due to illness, my hair has thinned a lot in four years and my hair is not what I used to know. I decided recently to try and grow it back out, as I have before, but I hit this stage where it gets to be about 3 inches long, and my curls become unbelievably unmanageable, like can't go out in public unmanageable, and I end up shaving it all off again. This time around, a friend of mine recommended that I try using mousse, so I found this product, read the stellar reviews, saw the price point, and bought it. This is the real deal, guys. Not only does it not take a lot, maybe 2 tablespoons if I'm estimating for myself, but I just run it through my hair and tousle my curls, and they dry into bouncy little manageable, soft curls that do not stick up all over the place.
