The media could not be loaded. I make my own smoothies every morning and use a lot of blenders. I've used everything from Bullet to Vitamix, and this one is by far my favorite. It's simple and easy to use and clean. It's much quieter than the previous Nutribullet, and it offers just the right amount of performance and capacity for personal use. For as long as it lasted, it was nice. Ample power, easy to rinse, and no surperflous buttons and functions. My ideal nutrition shake blender. Alas, it was not meant to be. TWICE now the base (where the blade is attached) has developed hairline cracks and now LEAKS EVERYWHERE when I blend something. You can hardly see the cracks. The first time I thought I must have dropped it or the dishwasher wasn't playing nice. Now I know it's junk. I certainly haven't dropped it and I've been handwashing. The longest one has lasted me is three months. All I blend is protein powder, supplements, and a fistful of ice. Shame. Back to Ninja ... show more

We love this blender. My wife uses it daily to prepare her morning smoothie. Yesterday it suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller and today they shipped a new one to us. THIS is called excellent customer service. Do not hesitate to buy this product. The company stands behind it 100%.

Easy to use, not quite as strong mixing my frozen fruit as I thought it would be, but I just let it partially thaw before blending and it works just fine.

This item is compact, portable. It does blend well. Within a couple weeks of purchase, it did start to leak when blending, so I do need to rinse the base regularly. After a year of use, the bottle cracked, and it leaks too. I tried to save money and support other companies, but I will probably just go back to Ninja or Nutribullet. ... show more

    • Still difficult to open. But we love the product, and the customer service.
The media could not be loaded. You will see lots of reviews that complain that it is difficult to open. We had the same problem. After a year of use, the "shaker" (plastic cup) cracked. Even though it was out of warranty, Cocinare sent a new shaker at no cost. We thought that they were very generous to do that. Now we just spray a little Pam on the threads before use.
