I just wish it had a button/switch to turn the water on and off rather than having to twist the head through all the different modes to have the water off while you soap up... This shower head is great. I know there are a lot of complaints of it leaking and being wobbly, but I found the solution to that issue. You can't tighten it like a normal shower head. You have to use a wrench and tighten it until the leaking stops and the wiggle in the head it gone. If yours is leaking it just may be human error. ... show more

I originally bought the Chrome version on August 10th. It is September 20th today. It came in a sealed box with extra rubber gaskets, a small thing of teflon tape (which was necessary because it leaked at first), and a flow restrictor I could install. I dropped the handle while showering and the plastic socket where the hose connects to the pipe popped out- broken and irreparable. This thing is great with water flow and options but SUPER fragile. So, I don't have a shower head- I need to go to work TODAY. I ordered the cheapest version they have - the black finish and it arrives overnight. The box was unsealed and open. It's missing the teflon tape, the gaskets, and the bag of parts that the other one came with. Yikes. But, I need to shower before work, so I install it using the leftover teflon tape from the first one- no leaks (as long as you use the tape!) - but I would have been really upset to get this without the necessary parts and flow restrictor (which I yanked out of the old broken one). Again, the shower head itself did not break when dropped (it didn't hit anything) - but it pulled out the plastic pipe inside the main hose connector that connects the unit to the wall. It seemed very cheaply glued in place and can't be fixed unless I want to try adding my own glue (which I do not). I cannot believe how easily this broke. ... show more
