I received a great birthday gift from my best friend, an all-new Fire 10. I love it, and wanted to buy a case to protect it, I finally chose this CoBak case, as it seems nice and has all function I was looking for. It fits my fire prefect and all the cutouts are in the correct place. The materials is much nicer than I expected, the leather feels great and soft. It doesn’t have terrible smell like the case I brought before. The stands is ease to use and holds the device at a prefect viewing and typing angles, it is convenient for me to watching movies, making videos calls, as well as writing something. The color is a blush pink and fits perfectly with my Fire HD tablet. All ports including the camera are open for easy access to charge, for the speakers and the camera so you do bot have to remove the tablet. Their is a holder on the side for a stylus. The case closes easily and is as described with sleep. The back has two functions. A side ways stand which is magnetic so it stays in place and doesn't lift. When playing games this comes in handy. The second stand is vertical and comes out with an elastic piece attached which is for upright positioning. It does the job but turns a bit, so you'll have to be careful it may not last that long. When the stand is out in either position the tablet does not sit all the way up or forward, it leans back about a few inches. I would recommend a different stand if you record with your tablet or you don't always want to slightly have to lean forward. The case makes the tablet stand up too straight and is not adjustable. One used as a stand, the cover will not lay flat again. The seam by the charging port gets caught up when plugging in the charger

    • Protects My New Fire But No Other Features

The openings in the case are reversed! I didn't figure this out until after I tossed the box, making a return impossible. If you put the Fire tablet into the case to have the camera, on/off, volume buttons fit into the openings then the card holder is upside down. It's possible I received a case that was put together wrong. Regardless, it is wrong and the one feature (card holder) that I liked, is useless. The case doesn't really stand on its own either. Screen protector is too brittle for 10 inches . Broke trying to peel off protective sheet . It seems that the interior "holder" was put in upside down . The configuration makes it all but impossible to use .

Like: sturdy and well made. Material has a textured feel so easy to hang on to. Love the magnetic closure. Dislike: the Kindle only fits upside down in the case. All of my control buttons are on the bottom edge which is very inconvenient. When the HD10 Plus was purchased it showed front facing camera on left and control buttons on top in all data and displays. And yes I know the screen rotates but the point is - this case was made incorrectly. And will make the HD10 Plus more awkward to use - not friendly at all. Unfortunately I will be having to spend more money on a better case because this is my most used device and I don't want it to be irritating and awkward. Maybe this company should have looked more carefully at the HD10 Plus 11th Gen before they finalized their design. Too bad because I had one of their cases for the previous generation and it is still in good shape. My advice is if you use your new kindle while it is in the cover a lot - you might want to keep looking and don't assume like I did that because your previous cover from them was great and then find out it was made wrong. ... show more
