Installation of this product is very complicated. Instructions to install is very hard to understand and the no step-by-step procedures requires a thorough understanding of the system function. Cannot find a user's guide or manual. I'm currently in the Philippines and tried to install on my house. I would like to return it and buy a suitable replacement. Of course, the box has been opened and all sensors have been installed on all the windows and sliding doors. But all parts are accounted for ... show more

What I did learn is do one sensor at a time. Add it to the system, test and arm system and test again, move to the next. Other than the instructions it works great and should be a good deterrent if someone tries to enter.

I read several reviews on these motion detectors prior to purchasing them. They are relatively small in size, which for me was a plus (less conspicuous). I haven't experienced any of the problems others seem to be having with them. They have an excellent detection pattern, easy to install, and once you are content with the coverage, you can bypass the "led" (indicator light) to save on battery usage.     • Big Mistake Buying
I'm sure this is a great system if only I can figure out how to make it work properly. The instructions is a mess. I installed and connected some of the door sensors but they seem to not be working or I'm doing something wrong. Sometimes I get notice of a door open but can't figure out which door it's referring to because no door is open. I can't figure out how to lock the screen pad, since the system doesn't come with a pin code to arm or disarm. The battery life us terrible so it mut be plugged in 24/7. If the pad is unplugged for 30 minutes or more, I start getting system alert of low battery or some other error message. All of these problems and it's been less than two weeks of purchase ... show more

The media could not be loaded. EDIT:THE NUMERIC PAD HAS A ON/OFF BUTTON ON THE SIDE THAT WILL TURN THE ALARM AND SPEAKER OFF EVEN IF THE ALARM IS SOUNDING!!! SEE VIDEO!!! THIS IS A DANGEROUS PRODUCT!!! PLEASE DONT BUY!! I don't claim to be no Lockpicking Lawyer, but this comes with almost difficult to believe design flaws. There are many things so wrong about this product, but the two most offensive are the position of the SIM port and the connection to the alarm speaker. They are both RIGHT THERE on the side of the unit, the speaker connects with a headphone jack... So, when a guy breaks into your home he just has to pull the headphone jack to make the alarm VIRTUALLY MUTE and press on the sim card to make the alarm UNABLE TO CALL ANYONE...ITS ALL RIGHT THERE! I'v seen and owned chinese alarm systems that at least have all this connections on the back prtotected under a tamper sensor I would laugh but unfortunately I bought this piece of junk. Bought this for my house and set it up within 30 mins. The sensors glue are strong and hold steady on the doors as well as the windows. The alarm is very loud, be careful when you test it. The lcd screen is cool, you’ll be able to see all the functionality of the alarm. It’s like an all in one alarm system. I have Ring but this is also a good choice ... show more
