I read several reviews on these motion detectors prior to purchasing them. They are relatively small in size, which for me was a plus (less conspicuous). I haven't experienced any of the problems others seem to be having with them. They have an excellent detection pattern, easy to install, and once you are content with the coverage, you can bypass the "led" (indicator light) to save on battery usage. This alarm works great with the motion detection but terrible with door sensors. I have to disable the door sensors and stick only with the motion detection and just use a HomeKit door sensor to get notifications or check door status on my phone. The door sensor will work for some time but then it will start to fail causing false alarms (this is my second unit with same problem). This system also send text messages only, not getting the phone calls, but when I dial on the device it does call, just not for the alarm notification. Just keeping the unit as a backup (getting notification when the power is out or if someone break in (motion detection). ... show more

I was looking for something like this to integrate with Alexa and Ring since I am subscribed to Emergency Assist already. I did not want another subscription. I managed to easily install all the sensors after pairing and it works like a charm! So happy with this entire system!

What I did learn is do one sensor at a time. Add it to the system, test and arm system and test again, move to the next. Other than the instructions it works great and should be a good deterrent if someone tries to enter.
