Bought this for my baby who loves music and it works pretty well, does what it described. But..... I'm a musician and it really annoys me that the keys are not in tune. If you don't know the difference it doesn't matter but I can tell and it's pretty annoying.

I'm 67 years old, the company I work for gave me Amazon gift cards as a retirement gift. I decided to buy something I'd never buy myself, a floor piano. I've had my keyboard for a few days and absolutely love it. Ever since seeing the movie Big, I've wanted one. I've had so much fun with this keyboard this week.     • Huge,fun. Awesome quality and value for the money. The kids love it and so do the adults!
I intended to purchase only one of these, but wound up selecting it twice and receiving two. I kept one for my special needs seven year old with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities and intended to return the other. My daughter loves music but has gross and fine motor skills deficits and multiple disabilities. What an excellent buy this has been, not only for her, but her cousins, brother, and pretty much the whole family. Makes a great, loud sound (volume is controllable if you like it less loud). It has a fun selection of demo songs, and its easy to activate. I don't understand why some reviews call this smaller than pictured. It's huge and simple to operate and its not only great fun but great therapy for her. I attached the piano to the wall at the baseboard level and she can lay in front and squiggle around and kick the keys to her content. Or she can sit next to the keyboard in her wheelchair, lowered to the lowest level and play the keys with her hands. The keyboard is so large we have to wheel her back and forth to hit some of the keys. Needless to say I am not returning the second one I got by mistake. Its going to be another child's Easter gift.     • Default volume is too loud
Piano works well, and is as described. However the default volume is VERY loud. Every time the piano is turned off the volume goes back to being loud when it turns back on.

    • Made a great Christmas gift for my 19 mo. old granddaughter
I read other reviews saying that the volume was too loud and hard to turn down. I did not find it too loud at all. This board is recommended for ages 3+ but I took a chance and bought it for my 19 mo. granddaughter She loved it as did ALL of us. My son & his wife are both music majors so the gift seemed appropriate for their family. I am sure their child will inherit their love of music and end up playing several musical instruments as well. The mat itself is sturdy and seems it will hold up for years. At least I hope so. The only drawback is difficulty in storing it. It does roll up easily but you still need a place to stash it when not in use. I highly recommend this for any parent who wants to involve their child musically as well as provide physical activity hopping over all the piano keys. ... show more
