After trying more than one batch with the Click & Grow Smart Herb Garden, I can say for sure, that this product works badly. At first I thought maybe I wasn't using it properly (too much or too little water, etc) but the plants consistently grow white mold and fail to thrive. I see similar feedback on Amazon's reviews. It appears the product was designed with insufficient dirt space for the plants, so their roots are submerged in water leading to mold and root rot. I'm trying to figure out what, if any return policies or warranties would apply to this product. It's a bit too expensive to not work. I haven't had a successful herb harvest yet. I purchased basil, parsley, and these chili peppers, and all failed to produce an edible harvest before getting mold and shriveling up. :( ... show more
