I bought this since I couldn’t recall what happened to the he I had as a child. As an adult and parent decided to buy and with my daughter with it. Only thing I don’t like is the bowl part is not deep far as when you’re playing having to be a bit more careful dropping the marbles. Other than that it’s fine. The box was damaged so I can’t keep the game inside. I do like the idea of having an extra marble in case I lose one. We keep the extra in the bag so that we don’t have a mistake. ... show more

    • I LOVE THIS GAME
I use to play this in my 5th grade math class if we got done with our assignment early. Me and another kid use to always to be be the ones who got it first. Played agains my kids and husband and finally beat them at something. Easy to learn my 9 year old had it in min.

We have only had this for about a week and are still learning some strategy. It’s fun to play and easy to learn. The board itself is a bit rough. They could have made the finish smoother. It doesn’t affect the play of the game and there are no splinters. But the craftsmanship is lacking. Its also a tight fit in the box. The kids can’t fit the stones in the box in their little bag and I end up putting it away for them. Over time the little bag is going to wear out and we will have stones everywhere. Maybe we are meant to store the stones inside the board? That’s feels like an accident waiting to happen since the board doesn’t latch shut. Trying it out with a rubber band around it. While I’m grateful for no excess packaging, I will probably buy a different box to store it in so it is easier to put away. Once that happens, all branding goes away.
