First wanted to start off and mention that this trampoline came neatly packaged in two boxes. Instructions were very clear. We laid out the legs and started putting it all together. It went together so easily. Overall took maybe 40 minutes to put together. Once it was together, we were extremely impressed with the quality. The look of it all and the way it went together. The way the netting attached was MUCH better than previous trampolines we’ve owned in the past. All 3 of our kiddos are LOVING it. It will be a great addition to our yard for lots of fun this summer! It was missing parts and they did ship them out to me. Definitely helps to have 3 people putting it together. The jumping mat has a specific way of being installed. The delivery was terrible. They leaned the broken open box against our step posts and now those are leaning.

I got 14 ft trampoline it was not that tough to install if follow the instructions. Need two people for installation (4-5 hours ) item is heavy and come in two boxes. New spring were tough to pull but looks rust proof. PVC pad is of good quality and support poles comes with pad it has small ladder that is helpful for young kids.
